"The room was clean and comfortable, and some of the things that seem to be that there are signs of parts that need maintenance. This is how you see damage to doors and board plums, which have been painted, but it is not really, and was not disturbing for me. Staff is nice and attentive. Overall a great hotel in my opinion"

Amy-89What a wonderful hotel! I stayed here with my 8-year-old daughter for a concert and we truly enjoyed ourselves. We arrived early just to drop off our luggage, but to our surprise, we were able to check in at 1 PM instead of the usual 3 PM. That was really well-managed and immediately gave us a relaxed start to our stay.
The room was neat and comfortable, and the breakfast the next morning was extensive and very tasty. Lots of choices and everything fresh. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Definitely recommended if you're planning a weekend in Arnhem!

SoulfulExplorerIt was an okay experience. I’ve stayed here before mostly due to the convenient location of being next to the train station, however I feel the hotel needs an update. Light switches were not working properly in the room and it left a tired feel to the property. The management team should consider updating the facilities to reflect most Mercure hotels

Kwaliteit van eten was goed, maar verwacht van een hotel meer groente bij t eten. Ze bezuinigen in het hotel op stookkosten. In het hotel was het aan de frisse kant. Kamers en badkamer staat de kachel op stand tegen bevriezen. Eer dat je kamer dan op temperatuur is duurt het uren. Heb de radiator om 16:00uur aangezet en was de kamer om 21:00uur pas een beetje aangenaam.
Voor mij geen Fletcherhotel meer.

Front desk staff was courteous and professional. The corner room on the ninth floor had a great view. Open bathroom is a little strange and toilet is extremely small. Compared to other van der Valk properties this one ranks much lower than others. Very slow internet, little choice of TV stations, no streaming services etc.

But I couldn't get a refund from the hotel. Later, after coordination, Ctrip refunded me. Although I was not satisfied at first, Ctrip refunded me in the end, which also protected my rights.
To be honest, applause is welcome here.

hmm117The newly opened hotel is said to be a girls' school. There are two types of rooms: one is a standard large room, which is larger than other hotels, but a little dark; the other is a loft with a higher ceiling, and the bed is on the second floor. The surrounding area is a residential area, and it is still a bit far from the train station if you drag your luggage there, which is a bit awkward. The breakfast is standard, and everything else is good.

Guest UserWe had to wait 45 minutes before we could get into our hotel room. Room was good, spacious and clean. Unfortunately, there are a lot of cuts in single-ply toilet paper
The breakfast was not that good; the rolls were not sufficiently baked so they were not edible. Other bread was delivered too late to the breakfast table. Furthermore, it was very busy during breakfast; there was a long line to get to breakfast and far too few places for all guests. We also missed a waste bin on the tables, where you can put your waste directly during breakfast.
The lockable bicycle shed was very poor; All of Fletcher's bicycles were in the shed, so guests had no place to park their bicycles. Furthermore, the roof of the shed, which was nothing more than a container, was torn and when it rained the bicycles were still soaked.
There was a swimming pool, but the staff did not indicate anything about bathrobes.
All in all a disappointing hotel.
