Service awareness and level need to be improved

The staffs were very pleasant, the location of the hotel is perfect, the ambience is 100/100. Pictures don't do justice to this hotel, its value for your money.

Nice hotel in the middle of the residential area, with friendly staff. Nice for weekend away after visiting Beekse Bergen. Breakfast is also nice.

Nice hotel that is well located close to the central ‘strip’ in Eindhoven. Quiet , comfortable and cosy rooms. The hotel has a gym and a spa but i didn’t have an opportunity to use either- next time!

A good place for leisure and vacation. There are hot springs, saunas and other activity places in the hotel. The rooms are clean, comfortable and warm, with complete facilities. It is very close to the outlet and can be reached on foot. It is suitable for self-driving travel and leisure shopping

The hotel's location is superb, just a few minutes' walk from the train station. Check-in is incredibly fast. The hotel has a unique style, the rooms are simple and clean, and the size is just right. The breakfast offers a wide variety of choices.

The hotel is very beautiful, fully equipped and advanced, the surrounding villa area is beautiful and quiet. The breakfast is very rich and the service is very good. There are many foods for dinner, and many locals eat here.
