I recently had a delightful stay at Hotel Tentrem in Semarang, and I can't recommend it highly enough. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome, and their attentiveness truly enhanced our experience. The cleanliness of the rooms and restrooms was impressive, which is always a top priority for me when traveling. The hotel amenities, including the gym, were excellent and provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. One of the highlights for me was the delicious breakfast spread. The variety was fantastic, and the quality of the food was outstanding. I also want to give a special shoutout to Ibuk Elfi for her warm hospitality during breakfast. Her cheerful demeanor made our mornings even more enjoyable. As a coffee lover, I was particularly impressed by the skills of Mas Arafi, the barista. I thoroughly enjoyed the cappuccino, mocaccino, and café latte he prepared; each cup was a treat. His knowledge of coffee truly shines through in every sip. The location is really strategic. The room is big for 2 people. The receptionist is totally helpful, especially when i need late check-out. I would come back to stay at this hotel when I come to Solo again!

Maybe the best one hotel in the town, great swimming pool and breakfast was good. Rooms close to the generator are noisy.

I came during high season so maybe the cleaning staff wasn't very detailed (we found popcorn at floor and some stain at bed sheet). I complained and the staff handle it very well. However this hotel located at strategic place so near from central city. The hotel is connected to a mall, so it's very helpful for families with children (I brought a 1-year-old baby) if there are baby items that we forgot to bring from home. We can buy them at the mall. Breakfast is complete but maybe if they have ”nasi tim” it will be perfect. (In this case because my baby cant eat rice yet) Thank you Po Hotel

One of the best hotel in Cilacap Location is also great cause it’s not far from minimarket, restaurants, pharmacy etc. But you have to understand that Cilacap is a small town in Indonesia so the hotel standard is different than those in the big cities.

Perfect for families — the room is spacious and clean, ideal for bringing a baby. The service is also great, even when we requested additional cleaning after our baby's complementary food (MPASI) got messy and spilled on the floor. The price is also quite satisfying. Keep up the good work!
