Bratislava is so small that you can walk around it in 20 minutes.
The hotel is right at the entrance of the old town, next door is the American Embassy, across the street are various coffee and bakery shops, and next door is billa selling things, which is also very convenient.
I specially booked a room with a balcony, but it was a bit cold to sit outside in this weather. The room is spacious, the hygiene is average, there is a layer of dust on the bedside, and the children's bed has been made in advance when we arrived.
Slovakia is not a German-speaking area, and English has a little accent, which is a bit difficult to understand.
The breakfast is quite rich, but the plates are collected too frequently, and they were removed before we finished eating.

The hotel is not a big hotel, but it should be good locally. The hotel lobby is not 10 minutes bright, but the design is OK. The front desk staff are 10 minutes Nice. The room is also very design, but it is noted that the cellar and the window sill are dirty and the breakfast restaurant is well designed. Can be a punch card, breakfast is delicious, the overall feeling is still good, comfortable.

So I asked an employee named Alicia to help me solve this issue or change the room. But Alicia began to be rude and said that the water was not so cold and I could take a shower. But the water temperature was really cold. I was surprised. As a result, our number was changed, but only after conflict.

From the door to do the tools, about half an hour to the train station, it is relatively convenient. The hotel is a standard 5 star configuration, there are not too many special and no obvious deficiencies. The breakfast is relatively rich and the taste is not bad.

The receptionist was amazing and very helpful. The room was large and clean. Parking was cheap and the garage was secure. However, the bathroom was dated and it was very difficult to shower without spraying water everywhere. The walls are also very thin. Overall, it was a nice stay.

I highly recommend the sauna in the hotel, and the breakfast is great. The location is also good, with walking distance to the main tourist places. There is a bus that goes to the airport directly. The receptionist is very friendly!
