Cute street to walk down but don’t go out of your way. There was a photographer taking photos of a young lady yet there were dumpsters. I didn’t find it overly photogenic.

Philadelphia alley is located in the French Quarter of Charleston. The alley is super cute for a stroll and safe. Great little hidden gems
