It is a dream castle. When I arrived, it was the April holiday, there were almost no people on the road, only the old buildings stood in the cold air, solemn and heavy, which was awe-inspiring.

We came here on a spontaneous visit one Sunday afternoon in January and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Our wee boy loved seeing the “old fashioned house” and was so well looked after by all the staff, from the cash register to the flat and back out again. We went round twice (with a shift change between visits!) and the insight into one story of no doubt thousands like it in Glasgow was fantastic. Plus our boy thoroughly enjoyed colouring in his wallie dug. A hidden gem that is well worth the wander through Garnethill.

Located on the shore of Lake Lomond, Las is an unusually quiet and scenic small village. The town is small, with only more than 20 families. But each cabin has a unique color and courtyard, and the outside of the house is carefully filled with small flowers.

The Royal Mile is the busiest tourist street in the Old Town as it runs between two significant locations in the royal history of Scotland: Edinburgh Castle and Holyrood Palace. The name derives from it being the traditional processional route of monarchs, with a total length of approximately one Scots mile. The streets which make up the Royal Mile are: Castlehill, the Lawnmarket, the High Street, the Canongate and Abbey Strand.Today, the Royal Mile is an eclectic mix of shops, restaurants, pubs and visitor attractions, where you’ll often find events, stands, entertainers and buskers, especially during the Edinburgh Fringe.Try walking all of it and explore the closes as well, as most have an interesting story and/or and amazing view.A part from the castle and the royal palace, the Royal Mile is full of buildings of historical importance. Just to list a few: The Castle Esplanade (a venue for Edinburgh Military Tattoo and other events); the former Tolbooth-Highland-St John's Church; the preserved 17th century merchant's townhouse Gladstone's Land; High Court of Justiciary (Scotland's supreme criminal court); the old Parliament House which now houses the Court of Session (Scotland's supreme civil court); St Giles' Cathedral, the Heart of Midlothian (a heart-shaped pattern built into the "setted" road, marking the site of the Old Tolbooth); Edinburgh City Chambers; Mercat Cross; Tron Kirk; John Knox's House; one of Edinburgh’s all around the year Christmas shop; Scottish Storytelling Centre; World's End Pub; Moray House; the Canongate Tolbooth (now a museum of social history called The People's Story); the Kirk of the Canongate and the new Scottish Parliament Building.

Cemeteries
山水人生
After visiting Glasgow Cathedral, we walked to the cemetery behind the cathedral. The cemetery situated on the hillside is very beautiful. In addition to the function of reaching high and far, the cemetery itself is dazzled by a variety of tombstones. Walking here seems not to come to the cemetery, but to the artistic stele forest of hell on earth. Today's weather is particularly clear. Although there are floating clouds in the blue sky, it always shows a large area of blue. The plane pulled smoke across the sky, leaving a white scratch on the blue. This sketch of the sky is very unusual. In the cemetery, overlooking Glasgow Cathedral, the structure is thin and tall, the color is dignified and simple, the appearance is solemn and solemn architecture, so that religious beliefs and the return of life in the limited space has been perfectly integrated in the infinite imagination. Standing here and looking at the surrounding scenery seems to be the best place to think about the philosophy of life. Unfortunately, the vast majority of the few tourists are just looking at it in a hurry, which may confirm the statement that the world passes by in a hurry.

The dark tower was so eye-catching that it was noticed a long way away because the black exterior made it stand out like a chicken. When I approached, the tower was actually very meticulous and complicated.

The Secret Garden closed for maintenance on Monday, hidden behind the garage of the old Glasgow tram, which is now a fantastic country theatre and has been holding art exhibitions. There is also a cafe inside, and the garden has Japanese architecture inside.
