Must visit
One of the most significant sites in the world. Definitely worth visiting by boat. The meeting of the Blue and White Niles is visible and significant.
From a boat
Lovely experience being on a boat cruise to see the Nile confluence and experience it first hand. Cruise was peaceful and calm. Got to traverse Blue and White Nile and see Tuti Island too.
A Major Confluence
I enjoyed the special feeling of seeing such a famous meeting of the Blus and White Niles, comparable only to that of the Amazon and Rio Negro in my personal experience.
