Just during the event called the special opening of Awa Sankoji Temple, I was able to worship the Senju Kannon, which is said to have been dug out of a tree by Gyoki himself here at Gyoki Kaisan. This Senju Kannon is rare because the spiritual test was too strong and Ennin later covered it with a mask. Daikoku-sama is also said to have been done by Jikaku, and I think it's a very grateful place to think about it. The whole site is like a little promenade and you can enjoy it.
