It's a short walk from Morinomiya Station. This name means that the mansion of Tadaoki Hosokawa, who was Echichu no Kami, is around here, and it was the well. It seems that it was buried once, but it is now well preserved. If anything, it may be famous as a place where Hosokawa Garasha has disappeared. I think it's a good idea to visit with the church.

There is the Osaka Cathedral St. Mary's Cathedral nearby, but it seems that this area was also the residence of the Hosokawa family, and the statue of Ukon Takayama and the statue of Garasha Hosokawa stand in front of the church. It was a kitchen well of the Hosokawa family. When Ieyasu dispatched troops to Aizu, Mrs. Hosokawa Garasha was surrounded by the Toyotomi army's Mitsunari Ishida army, and Mrs. Hosokawa Garasha set fire to the mansion and was cleaner than being captured.

It is the remains of a well that remains on the east side of the Namba Palace Ruins in Chuo-ku, Osaka. At the time of the Sekigahara Battle, there was a mansion of Tadaoki Hosokawa in this area. It is also the place where Tadaoki's wife, Hosokawa Garasha, who was about to become a hostage from the Western Army, died. Next to the well, a memorial monument was erected to remember Hosokawa Garasha.
