For ruins fans, it's a view spot!
It was a view spot for ruins fans. It looks like a children's park with playset, but now it's completely ruined. There is another park managed by the town in the immediate vicinity, so the location is adjacent to Niigata Higashi Port, but it seems to have become the name of Higashi Park.
