Changning Library is located on Tianshan Road, with 10 floors on the ground and two floors of garage on the ground. The library has a Chinese and foreign newspaper reading area, a book borrowing area, an exhibition hall, a multi-functional lecture hall, etc. Some books in the museum can be borrowed, but a deposit is required to apply for a loan card. The library is fully equipped, as well as book sterilizers. Borrowing books, returning books, etc. can be done by self-service, very fast and convenient.
Changning District Library is at Exit 1 of Weining Road Metro Station on Tianshan Road, and Tianshan Middle School is to the north. The library has 5 floors. It is divided into children's book cards and adults' book cards.
