China Tobacco Museum is a professional museum built with state approval and jointly donated by the national tobacco industry. It is located at the intersection of Changyang Road and Tongbei Road in Yangpu District, Shanghai, across the road from Shanghai Cigarette Factory. This is a professional museum focusing on collecting, displaying and researching Chinese tobacco. The Chinese Tobacco Museum is designed with large merchant ships and Maya temples as a design concept, forming a structure about 80 meters long, about 25 meters wide and about 30 meters high. The middle of the museum's exterior wall is inlaid with a "Smoke and Huafeng Yunlu" theme granite relief of 140 meters long and4.1 meters high. Standing in front of the museum, the five diameters of 0.85 meters, the average height is 9 meters, engraved with large totem columns of dragons, phoenixes, lions, cranes, and horse mascots, forming expressive appearance characteristics. The exquisite architectural language, the architectural symbols full of life tension, provide people with endless space for imagination, in which they are enjoying a beautiful art work. Due to the maintenance of the museum's internal equipment, it was temporarily closed on August 4, 2021, so it was not possible to enter the visit. There is a small foreign-style building next to the museum, but I don't know what story there is, just write "1921 Chinese Tobacco".
