The Tappizaki Cape, located in the most northern point of Honshu Island, across the sea, there you can see Hokkaido. The scenary is so beautiful there. You can take lots of pictures there. There is a little bit of climbing up the hill before you can reach the cape, but its worth it. To reach to Tappizaki, the town, you may need to drive yourself or take the bus. But renting a car to go there is highly recommended.
