Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary is a zoological garden located near the Gold Coast Airport and Kirra Beach. The sanctuary is known for the many rainbow lorikeets that gather to feed in the park. The wild birds congregate in colourful displays as they search for food. In addition, you can see Australian wildlife such as koalas, kangaroos, crocodiles, and more. Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary supports conservation and take part in many projects to protect species from extinction that you can learn about by visiting the sanctuary.
1.Koala bear is awake for about 2 hours every day and the rest of the time is spent sleeping. When you are taking pictures of the Koala bear, please take note that flashlights should not be used.2.There are many animals in the conservation area, therefore be civil while you are watching them.
