a pleasant walk to Studio Ghibli
We did not rush our walk to Studio Ghibli from the train station, we enjoyed the trees and the birds as we walked along. The area for walking is paved. A very pleasant walk.
About 15 minutes walk from JR Mitaka Station to the Ghibli Museum. At that time, I will walk along Tamagawa Josui, but it is named a wind walkway. There is also the Yamamoto Yuzo Memorial Hall on the way.
"Tamakaishi", which was carried from Kanagi-cho, Kitatsugaru-gun, Aomori Prefecture, was planted on the right side with JR Mitaka Station in the back, where Osamu Dazai committed suicide. It is. I visited for the purpose of remembering Osamu Dazai, but unfortunately Tamagawa Kamizu was not maintained and I felt like looking at the Dob River. It may be a good way for neighbors to use it as a place to live, but it is not a tourist spot that you will bother to visit. ...
It is a road where you can feel the nature of each season. There is a car street, but there are sidewalks on both sides, so two people can line up. Since it is a stone sidewalk, the heels stick.
Yuzo Yamamoto Memorial Hall is also on the way on the road connecting Inokashira Park, Ghibli Museum and Mitaka Station. There is also a bus, but it's perfect for a walk on a sunny day.
