A paradise for camping
We paddled there from Canoe Lake. We stayed 3 days in a secluded wilderness campsite. Excellent wildlife viewing. Swimming, paddle, hike, fishing, campfire, searching of moose and beaver dam....much more...
good to average - ideal for a 2-3 hour paddle trip
overgrown and a bit hard to find at top end of the lake, but that adds to the ambiance. we paddled it. its a big lake so make sure you pick suitable conditions. i recommend this as an afternoon pad...
To remind Tom Thomson 1877 – 1917 a monument was built in Huntsville. He was a wooden padder and was especially infiltrated to his images the emotions of Algonquin Park.
