it looks like a creative image.

I don't know how much I could see the actual general on horseback, so I think it's a creative image influenced by the TV series. It stands on the sidewalk at the corner of the intersection where the Prefectural Museum and Museum of Art are located. There is also a chronological plate of Yoshimune, but the statue may be far from the true story.
The image of Ken Matsudaira's violent general was strong, and there was a feeling of discomfort. It looks like a small uncle straddling thoroughbred. Yoshimune was also a general who called the statue to Japan, and I thought it would be better to have an elephant statue.
A statue of Yoshimune Tokugawa in front of the Wakayama Prefectural Museum of Art. It is an equestrian statue of young Yoshimune Tokugawa. There is a chronological table of Yoshimune Tokugawa in the statue, born in 1684 as the fourth son of the Kishu feudal lord, became the 5th Kishu feudal lord in 1705, the 8th shogun in 1716, and abdicated the shogun at the age of 61 in 1745. It is said that he was in the position of shogun for 30 years. He is famous as a rampant general on TV.

Images different from the generals

i think about making it.
A brand name board that describes the thoughts of making a bronze statue and the gift of Wakayama Fushitora Lions Club is attached to the pedestal.
It's really cool.
It was a very cool statue. Riding a horse is very cool, but I wondered if the actual person was so cool.
