The Muxin Museum is a museum dedicated to the memory and display of the painter and writer Mr. Muxin's life-long and aesthetic heritage in Tongxiang City, Jiaxing City, Zhejiang Province. It is not only a museum that collects the past, but also a spiritual pointing and academic space open to the future. The museum is located in Wuzhen, the hometown of Muxin, which provides complete literature for Muxin's research. The current curator is Chen Danqing. The building sits north and south, with a long, highly modern minimalist shape, across the water of Wuzhen Yuanbao Lake, accompanied by reflections in the water, becoming a quiet and Qingjun scenic line of Wuzhen Xizha. The gallery covers an overall 6,700 square meters (72,118 square feet) and looks in line with Mr. Mu Xin's simple aesthetics. Mr. Muxin once summarized and foresees the view of the museum and surrounding hometown built today with "wind, water, a bridge", and the metaphor of "bridge" has made a great portrayal of Muxin's life-long art practice of integrating East and West culture and aesthetics.
