Duck Point On Corner Inlet
This was a different view of Wilsons Prom and provides a good view of Corner Inlet, the 1,550 HS sheltered water between the Prom and Port Albert.Access was via Foley Road south of Yanakie
My wife and I visited this place for a walk as we were staying nearby at Coastal View Cabins. This is a pleasant place with scenery and a 2.1 km hiking trail called "Duck Point Loop".
The short walk to Duck Point is a great little walk through the coastal scrub to the other isde of a little peninsula. Best to go when the tide is low as you need walk along the beach on the far side...

We walked round the loop in the early evening when the light was stunningly beautiful and the black swans unperturbed by our presence. A gem of a quiet place to wander.
