Wanhe Drum Tower

Wanhe Drum Tower is located on Longjin Road, Lijiang Yi Autonomous County, Huaihua City, on the shore of the east bank of 𣲘 Water. This Wanhe Drum was newly built in recent years and is also the largest Yi landmark building in China. There is also a relatively large square with a good night view at night.

After listening to the taxi, after visiting the Longjin Wind and Rain Bridge, you can walk along the river to reach the Drum Tower. After watching it, you can take a bus back to Huaihua at the nearby bus station. The Drum Tower is a wooden structure, composed of several tower-shaped buildings, which are like pavilions for people to rest, just like the Dai Drum Tower in other places.

Just next to the Lijiang Bus Station, not far from the Longjin Wind and Rain Bridge, and on the shore, the tall five Drum Towers can be seen all the way, and they are also on the walking line. It is said that the lights are still brighter at night. However, it is not a historical building, but the county authorities to highlight the Yi culture and newly built drum tower, there are no facilities in the inside, naturally will not be like the Dong Village, there are clan discussions or entertainment activities. Wanhelou is also called Wanhe Drum Tower. It is located on the east bank of Wushui River in the county seat of Qianjiang Yi Autonomous County. It is mainly composed of the central reed building, yulou, ground tower and two pairs of song towers. The central drum tower is23.8 meters high and has 15 floors. Wanhelou is the largest drum tower group in the Yi area. Drum Tower is a landmark building of the family, generally repaired in the village of Zhaitou Village, but also in the village. It is the main place for the Yi people to gather for discussion and entertainment. There is a large fire pond in the Drum Tower for people to warm up, and a large drum is placed upstairs to gather people. There is a small ping in front of the Drum Tower, called the lecture hall, which is the place where the people of the old village talk about the payment (similar to the village rules and regulations). There is also a large Luxury Ping, which is a good place to sing and dance the reeds.
