Taking a short break from the busy bakery in Karachi to find some quiet nature. Coron has been on my list for a while, mostly because of its unique geography of lakes hidden inside limestone cliffs. We chartered a small boat for the day to avoid the crowds. The experience of snorkeling in the lakes, rather than the open sea, was quite special. The water is incredibly still and clear, almost like swimming in a giant, natural pool. It felt peaceful to just float and observe the rock formations underneath. It is a very gentle, slow-paced destination. If you enjoy quiet landscapes and clear waters, it is a lovely place to spend a few days.
