The bell tower is in the south section of Huancheng Road, Daliang Town. At the southeast corner of the bell tower park, this building has two floors and double floors. The base is built with red sandstone, and the archway is opened below, which runs through the east and west. The upper floor is a 12-sided corridor structure with red stone railings on the four sides and tiles on the top.
