The Mira Mosque is located next to the Utrecht Lighthouse and is a mosque in the fortress. The mosque was built in 1796 during the Dutch rule. The whole is a pure white building, which is very holy and magnificent from a distance. What makes Mira Mosque different from other mosques is that it is not the usual Islamic style with a dome, it looks more like a church. At dusk, the lights of the mosque will come on, and the atmosphere will be more attractive and very beautiful.
