Finnish National Theatre

The castle-style building, the red-topped stone brick building on the north side of the railway square, was founded in 1872, and at that time in Poli, the oldest Finnish professional theatre in Finland, before it was called the Finnish Theatre, moved to Helsinki in 1902 and changed its name to Finland. In front of the building is a bronze statue of Alexis Kiwi, who was the first playwright and novelist to write in Finnish, known as the father of Finnish literature, and his birth, on October 10, every year, locals call it Kiwi Memorial Day.

This is one of Helsinki's famous attractions, located on the north side of the railway station square, with statues of people in front of the door. There are often performances on different repertoires, and tickets are based on repertoire and are a favorite place for old Finns.

Next to the central station, I thought it was a church from a distance. I was attracted by his unique multi-person building. The front of the theater was the bus terminal, so it was not easy to take a full picture of the theater. It took a long time to find a few seconds of no bus.
