Linyi Radio and Television Tower is a member of the Federation of Great Towers. It was built in January of 2007, and was designed by the Architectural Design Institute of Tongji University. The tower is an all-steel structure so that it can broadcast radio and television programs. It also has multiple functions as a sightseeing, entertainment, catering, shopping, and exhibition spot. The design concept of the tower not only fully reflects the historical and cultural characteristics of Linyi, but also shows the beauty of modern architecture.
