Dinner by Heston Blumenthal Review

I just had the most incredible dining experience at Heston in Europe. I flew all the way from Hong Kong to celebrate my birthday, and it was worth every mile. The food was absolutely delicious, and the quality was unmistakable. The waiters were not only friendly and nice, but they knew the menu inside out. Yes, it was a bit pricey, but it's worth every penny for the top-notch experience. must order the tipsy cake here, it is excellent and this is the signature here.Heston is definitely the place to celebrate life's special moments like birthdays!

Dinner by Heston Blumenthal这家肥鸭店位置在Hyde park旁文华东方酒店内1⃣️starters：meat fruit, salamagundy曾经是颗的meat fruit被换做了plum 是鸡肝酱制成的 慕斯口感 外面是一层jelly 第一口吃下去有被惊艳到 涂面包更好吃 2⃣️main：spiced squab pigeon, ribeye口感超嫩的鸽子肉和ribeye都很不错 3⃣️dessert：tipsy cake, chocolate drops还挺喜欢这个烤凤梨➕松软蛋糕的 蛋糕体表面是酥脆的 底部是浸泡在白兰地酒里的香甜松软蛋糕体 Chocolate drops也好吃的

在同样有着永远稳定的菜品质量和服务品质的同时，Dinner by Heston与Ledbury相比，有更大的客容量、更中心的地理位置、以及更轻松的用餐环境。在吃过每道前菜、主菜、及甜品后，说不出绝对的最爱，因为几乎每道菜都好吃；但是对于第一次造访的客人来说，就一定不要错过前菜Meat Fruit和甜点Tipsy Cake。

在伦敦几天唯一一家去了两次的米其林二星餐厅，就在文华东方酒店，住酒店根本不用预定，大把大把的桌子，直接去吃就好了，味道还不错，点的每道菜都还比较合胃口，基本加上税费服务费人均在1500左右，还好，比旁边那家二星好吃多了。推荐给大家。
