Shanghai Longhua Tower

Before the mountain gate of Longhua Temple, this seven-story pagoda was built more than 1,000 years ago in the Song Dynasty and was more than 40 meters high. The interior of the tower is masonry and stone, and the exterior is a wooden corridor, which has a more typical Song Dynasty architectural style. The design of the tower body, such as brick-fronted and cross-handle, are important characteristics of the architecture of the Song Dynasty.
