This observation deck is on the roof of the Toyama City Government Building. There is no need for tickets. There is no one on duty in front of the government building. Just walk in and take the elevator. No one cares. Remember to note that not all elevators can be reached. Turn right at the entrance and take the T floor in the elevator. 360-degree circular view overlooking the whole area of Toyama City (including Toyama City, Canal Park, Toyama Station), and you can also see the mountains in the distance, the scenery is very beautiful. Recommended to visit at sunset.
