It was built in honor of Faang. Faang is the founder of the Lancang Kingdom and a great hero in the hearts of Laos. Fa Ngum (Lao: ຝ້າງູ່ມFaNgum; 1316-1393), the founding king of the Lancang Kingdom, reigned from 1353 to 1373. The national name is "Lancang Hong Kao". In 1359, at the request of the Khmer Queen, who was a devout believer in Southern Buddhism, Buddhism was introduced from Khmer and made it the state religion. It is said that he was expelled because of the tyranny of the queen and the sending of troops to the Khmer after her death. Died in Siam's Nan province in 1393.

At 7:30 in the morning, I walked here after breakfast and was moved by the quietness here! It is located on the east side of the intersection of two cross roads. Under the mapping of morning light, it is simple and long, giving people a full sense of beauty!
