Zunsheng Temple was built in the Sui Dynasty and has a history of more than 1,300 years. Because it is located in the place where Wutai Mountain must pass in ancient times, it is called Wufeng Throat. In the first year of Yifeng in the Tang Dynasty, the Buddha Glass of India went to the stage (traditionally called Chaotai to worship Mount Wutai) so far to see Manjushri Bodhisattva in person, so he returned to the Western Regions and asked the Buddha to the top of the Holy Dharani Sutra, and translated it into Chinese. The monastery was built here. Zunsheng Temple is the second largest Buddhist jungle in Mount Wutai. There are a total of 350 halls, five Jade Buddhas, five Zhangmu Buddhas, and more than 390 painted Buddha statues. Zunsheng Temple is regarded as the ancestral hall of "Zunsheng Dharma Gate" by the whole world because of the Buddha's top Zunsheng Dharani Sutra. There is a Song Dynasty scripture building inscribed with the Buddha's top Zunsheng Dharani scripture in the temple, which has a history of nearly a thousand years. The brick carvings on the building of Zunsheng Temple are fine and the craftsmanship is high. The monastery sits from north to south. On the east and west sides of the temple, there is a building hole with a lower brick coupon hole and an upper wooden building. On the east side between the two-floor caves, there is a brick archway with three doors and three floors. The entrance and facade of the monument are decorated with intricate brick carvings. After passing the Stele Building, there are Guanjian Hall, Tibetan Scripture Building, Pilu Hall and Wuwenshu Hall on the south side of Lingwa Passage. The Sutra Building is a two-story building with twelve-pointed pavilions symmetrically built on the left and right sides. The platform base is also twelve-pointed, the upper part is a double eaves and a spire, and the outside is surrounded by a circle of pillars. Its architectural style has two floors on the outside, gorgeous and exquisite, but it is a room inside. The east is called Wanyuan Pavilion, and the west is called Sanbaolou. On the west side of the Sanshi Hall, there is also a hall building with a brick cave on the lower floor and a wooden building on the upper floor, called the Sanxing Building. Behind the hall of Qijin, there is a brick tower with a dense eaves structure, twelve corners around the tower, nine floors up and down, 39 meters high, and a brick coupon hole under it, which surrounds the tower for a week, like an apron. There are 33 caves in total, and there were originally 33 guardian deities. Looking at the Wanzang Brick Pagoda from a distance, the ridges stand, the eaves are stacked, and the blue sky is backed, which is very beautiful.
Wutaishan Zunsheng Temple is located 13 kilometers northeast of Wutai County, Zhangzhou City, Shanxi Province, covering an area of 32,300 square meters, built in Tang Yifeng first year (676), Zunsheng Temple was built on the mountain, the main buildings are seven temples, the Temple of Heavenly Kings, the Great Weibao Palace, the Tibetan Jing Palace, the Wufang Wenshu Temple, the tower courtyard and so on.
The monastery itself has no discomfort, and it is also an ancient temple with a deep historical heritage, but it cooperates with the travel agency. The travel agency routine is very deep. The tour guide said that this is the only monastery on Wutai Mountain. The wish of burning incense here is to make a wish with Wenshu Bodhisattva and Wuye. It is said that the incense of the small vendors on Wutai Mountain is rotten. The incense here is made of grain and of good quality. We took us to the Parthenon. First, we said a saying of worshipping Bodhisattva, similar to the words of blessing Guotai Min'an, and the health of all beings. Later, some people began to introduce Xiang and Hada, Ping An Xiang 200, Wish 400, there is also a kind of wishing and wishing to get the incense 600 at one time. The corresponding Hada is also 200.400.600, the candle needs two pairs, 200/yes, 300/yes, 400/yes. Then the guide taught us how to burn incense, burn a quarter in Zunsheng Temple, leave a quarter in the temple, and burn a quarter in Luoyu Temple, and the rest stay in Luoyu Temple. Think for yourself.
It is indeed a black monastery. I went and was cheated 900. I bought three red cloth strips, one for 10 yuan. A total of 30. After entering the tower, each red cloth strip let the monks charge a minimum of 300. 3 of 900. In the future, everyone will go, do not go to Zunsheng Temple. Or go to don't want red cloth strips. Remember to remember! The country should be suppressed. Or unannounced visit! It's too dark. There is also the largest open place under Wuye Temple to buy incense, which is blacked out by 1200.
There are quite historical places, and there are monks who explained it. Although there are any evaluations on the Internet, I personally feel that I will ask the old monk for some suggestions and donate some merit and money to make some contributions. There will always be good reports for good deeds, and there is no need to suffer. Good and bad are also fate.
I went to see the evaluation downstairs before, and I was wary. It feels really different from other temples. Other temple tour guides will say a few times to gather, here is 1.5~2 hours (almost equivalent to the entire activity time on the mountain), and will wait until the last tourist gets on the bus, and finally stay for 2 hours and 10 minutes. A friend said according to the experience of Hong Kong with the group, every tour guide said that the few points of gathering are attractions, but every person who said that he would wait until the last tourist got on the bus is ....... The tour guide said in the car, do not walk around the temple, this is not a free market, the tour guide does not explain (other temples are free activities), the master explained, the master's voice is not big, so listen carefully, the signal in the temple is not good, walking around is not easy to find people. Entering the temple, let everyone concentrate, the centralized formation is not good, the tour guide is not happy, I said that I don't want to listen to such a long time of explanation, the tour guide said sharply: this is not a free market, do not want to listen to go out. Of course, leave. After a while, several people who came out of another car came out and asked that they were withdrawn from the stage of selling red cloth strips. The last person who came out was not very good-looking and did not communicate. After reading online reviews, naturally I know what's going on, so I still have to do my homework when I go out. The peers went in to listen to the talk and were scolded for taking pictures: Do I agree with you to take pictures? But my companions withdrew before selling red cloth strips. I have seen the itinerary of several travel agencies, and there are this point. It is estimated that it is inevitable to join the group. I did not visit with the "master", it is inconvenient to comment too much. Except for the three pictures, they are all surrounding. The last few pictures are the original must-pass road to the mountain and the old temple gate of Zunsheng Temple.
