Baliqiao Music Theme Park has been under construction since 2006, and was officially completed in 2009, covering an area of 355 mu (about 23.6 million square meters), of which 180,000 square meters of green area and 4,000 square meters of water system area. The green ecology and ornamental plant coverage of the park reached more than 75%. The total area of the project is0.8471 hectares, the building scale is 12,500 square meters, and the architectural design adheres to the characteristics of Huizhou architectural style, divided into three floors and sinking square design. According to the concept of "Cangwu Ziqi Huale, alpine flowing water to find friends", the park attracted a group of original music industry units, thereby injecting a strong impetus into the planning and implementation of the CBD-Dingfuzhuang Media Industry Corridor in Chaoyang District and promoting the development of cultural and creative industries in the region.

Beijing Baliqiao Music Theme Park is located at the east end of Chang'an Street Extension Line, Chaoyang District Guanzhuang District, separated from Gubali Bridge all the way.
