Rude Staff Members - Terrible Experience.The worst customer experience you can expect in London or even in the United Kingdom - Beware and keep away if you do not want to ruin your day.Me & My family experience :Fabulous place, with amazing views, and ample car parking.We visited the Lost Jungle in London on the Aug Bank Holiday weekend.Initially, everything was looking amazing and looked fabulous.We were 3 families with children along with our Mom & Dad.Negative Experience : One of the staff members behaved really rudely and aggressively. He made our day a nightmare and never advise this facility for family with kids.Summary: If you want to have a peaceful day out - avoid Lost Jungle, London at any cost. The staff members were extremely inexperienced and behaved rudely to customers.Avoid - avoid - avoid - The staff will ruin your day.
