It seems that a carriage was running along the Iruma River between Hanno City and Sayama City a long time ago. There is a station on Ginza-dori in Hanno City, which is called the Iruma Carriage Railway, and a bill stands. According to it, he ran across the Iruma River from 1901 to 1915 from the Meiji era to the Taisho era, and a model of a carriage was placed at the Sayama City Museum, and a young female passenger in a kimono was riding.

On Hanno Ginza-dori, there are traces of Iruma Carriage Railway and signboard architecture. The site of the station was diagonally in front of Chojuan and Kameya.
