April Hall

There are still a lot of things to play in Nara Park. There are many temples and temples. I am not interested in people, but I want to see where I come. I took a few photos. It is very calm here.

The internal area of Dongda Temple is very huge, many national treasures, April Hall is not a national insurance, opposite March Hall. Not big, but also very beautiful, there are many people who worship, here is not far from the Big Buddha Hall, there is a commanding height on the side of the February Hall.

There are February Hall, March Hall, April Hall near Todai Temple. More famous is February Hall, and the uncle of the tourist consultation point also recommended us to February Hall. Because the terrain is high, you can see the scenery of Nara from a high place. April hall is relatively quiet, this is a wooden temple, very simple, among the many temples in Nara this is one of the simple temples, and fewer tourists set foot.

April Hall is a wooden temple building, is a large black house, from one side of the Nagonists two rows of stone pillars of the stairs, you can see, but on the temple platform, overlooking part of Nara city landscape. The dragon sink next to it is more distinctive.

Nara Shigatsudo Sanmaido is generally called Shigatsudo, and it was also called Fugendo because it used to be the principal image of Fugen Bodhisattva. According to "Todaiji Yoroku" (the record of Todaiji Temple), it was founded in 1021 by Nisen Daihoshi and Sukekei Shonin, and it is said that Hokke Sanmai was performed in April of the lunar calendar. The current temple was rebuilt in 1681 and has been the principal image of Amida Nyorai since 1682 the following year. Furthermore, since 1897, the Senju Kannon statue has been the principal image (currently owned by the Todaiji Museum).
