This is an initiative of the Planeterra Foundation and it is fantastic. It provides children from poor families with an opportunity to be trained in the restaurant and hotel industry and prepare them for employment. The food was fantastic and we even had fried dumplings! The people here are great and it is a very worthy cause. We also visited the school playground and obviously the economy here is not always very good but they did. Very admirable. My partner and I came here for lunch and quite enjoyed it. The food was delicious and the person in charge gave us a detailed introduction to their work. It may be against your purpose, but I highly recommend you to come here if you are interested in practical travel in Siem Reap.
