I may not be objective because I just love roof gardens. This one is also great, especially in crowded Warsaw. Very well cared for. In addition, the library itself inside is great.
I would totally recommend visiting here. The roof gardens are free to enter and are very surprising . Well constructed with interesting features. It would be easy to walk past but dont!

Only worth a visit, if you are in the neighbourhood.
I love rooftop gardens so was a little underwhelmed to find stairs closed off, due to repairs, and very little in bloom despite a springtime visit.
