This hotel is in a good location you can walk to the landmark easily. But the check in counter reception took too long to check in and the Breakfast room if you go on 8am you probably need to wait for get the table

Absolutely loved this hotel. Both the service, the room, everything. The beds and pillows are incredibly comfortable. I would definitely consider staying here again, location is convenient too. It's always easier to get uber in Sao Paulo and get around.

Good staff. My room had a problem about a safety box. But one guy at the front desk was dealing with it in English. A maintenance staff came to my room and fixed the box soon, its battery trouble.

Good location for business travel to stay overnight at the airport. Room is small but clean and restaurant is good. Service could be improved . They claim the shuttle runs 24 hours per day leaving on the hour each hour but for some reason they do not have a 1 pm shuttle and this was not indicated on the website

I had a fantastic stay at Laghetto Stilo São Paulo. Everything was excellent — the room was spotless and well-maintained, the location was convenient for both work and leisure, and the staff provided exceptional service throughout my stay. The amenities were top-notch, including a well-equipped gym and a comfortable workspace, which made it ideal for a business traveler like me. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting São Paulo!

This time I stayed here mainly for a business trip to an exhibition. Although it is a little far from the Norte Exhibition Hall, it is very convenient to take a taxi. There is a Carrefour not far from the hotel, and there is also a restaurant with Brazilian local kilogram rice. I recommend trying it. The overall conditions of the hotel are basically OK, and the service is also good. The breakfast is very friendly to me who often likes to eat bread in China.

My experience at the hotel was simply incredible! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm and attentive service. The environment was cozy, clean and very well maintained, exceeding all my expectations. Details make all the difference, and there was no shortage of them here: from the delicious breakfast to the comfort of the room, everything was thought out to provide a perfect stay. Generally, I can assess our stay as a good experience. Rooms are quite big and clean. Location was great. Only thing that was missing was hygenic amenities such as cotton pads, ear bugs, teeth set etc.

Facilities: The hotel is very large, though a bit dated. The hallways are long, and the gym is not located in the same building. Cleanliness: Acceptable. Environment: Nearby airport and highway. Services: Shuttle bus service to the subway station and shopping malls is available, and taxis are available at the entrance.
