The suite no. 23 was a good room with sufficient space with nice furnishings to have a relaxing stay. The breakfast was good. Services provided by staff was prompt and friendly. Wonderful stay!
Angeliki welcomed us upon our arrival, super helpful and always available at any time of the day.
The cleaning lady was also fantastic, never intrusive.
Excellent breakfast, plentiful and with different options every day.
The room was really spacious, with an outdoor heated hot tub.
We will definitely come back, highly recommended.

We enjoyed to stay this hotel very much. E,collect quiet location. Big parking space(not on road) Nice hotel room with all facilities. Nice swimming pool. We enjoy the outdoor and indoor sitting area. All staff are very nice. Excellent place to relax and enjoy sunrise in the morning. Lovely churches around us. Easy to walk to town and restaurants. Love to stay here again. Great bargain price.

AMAZING STAY!! Amazing hospitality and service! Location was near a restaurant which was open and about 15mins walk down to Fira. Room was spacious and located near a trekking route. Good for morning walks. Balcony had a great view of the caldera. Went in January, which is their coldest month. Most of the shops were close. But prices of the stay were cheaper than summer. Hotel could arrange car rental for us and it was reasonably priced. Very easy to rent. Enjoyed our stay a lot.

The location is relatively remote, but the room type is very unique. There are few European hotels that provide disposable slippers and a full set of toiletries. If you are traveling by car, this hotel is good value for money.

In the most prosperous area, the traffic is particularly convenient. Nearby supermarkets, restaurants, and car rental services are all available. The front desk staff was very very very very enthusiastic and gave a few local maps to tell you how to play. Combining the strategies I made before, they complement each other perfectly, and the destination of the game is more clear! It is best to rent a motorbike in the local area. It is more convenient to go to the black beach and the red beach. There are also many wineries in the local area where you can go for wine tasting and the price is not expensive.

The location on the edge of the cliff is not easy to find, it is recommended to contact the hotel in advance
The volcano has a beautiful view, there are many types of rooms, but the swimming pool is not hot and cold in winter
Good breakfast with Greek characteristics
The room was not full the next day and I upgraded the room. I enjoyed it very much.

breakfast is not buffet, but they serve you lots of food and various, average quality, terrible coffee 😅
swimming pool sometimes is closed, sometimes it is opened, they do not have a fixed schedule which is a bit annoying if you are really into using the pool. the pool is big and it has a nice view.
location is perfect, 10 minutes from the bus station, in the center, on the cliff with a great view of the volcano

GGuest UserThe service was great. They gave me a bottle of red wine and upgraded the room for free. The room was very clean and the breakfast should be good. Because we needed to leave at 6 o'clock to catch the ferry to Santorini, the hotel also thoughtfully prepared breakfast. It's really a great hotel with a good location. It's also close to the Acropolis on foot. It's probably a 10-minute walk from the subway.

Even if the rooms are emptied and cleaned at 11, they do not give it until 15, They are unsympathetic in this regard, the toilet bowl in the bathroom is very old and black stained inside, Some lights are white like a hospital, some are yellow, some are messy, There are no sockets at the head of the bed, There is no socket in the bathroom

The facilities are good, there is a jacuzzi.
The breakfast is delicious. I suggest you book it. In fact, you can’t find something to eat in the morning. Maybe I don't know how to find it, but the location is actually good. It will be more convenient if you rent a car, and there are shuttle buses everywhere.
But there are so many mosquitos in the rock room LoL

My stay at Rocabella has been wonderful. When I arrived, Lia told me they had a special surprise for me…that my room was upgraded. I couldn’t believe it!
The daily housekeeping was great, they cleaned and tidy the room like I had not been there the night before. The breakfast options were unbelievable and delicious. You order your breakfast over the phone and the kitchen will deliver to your room within minutes. I was there late February, so it is not as busy as the summertime. So, things might be different during busy season. I will definitely recommend Rocabella to any of my friends and families that are going to Santorini.

SSanjulaThe location of this hotel is great! Right in front of the beach and close to restaurants and shops ect. Good vibe. Definitely book with breakfast as it was delicious and we enjoyed it. The room it self was basic. We booked a basement triple. The toilet was dated and tiny and very limited space to keep luggage ect. It had a decent courtyard to dry wet clothes. Not very satisfied with the service. The manager recommended a rent car service for 100 euro a day and we found many down the road that offered same for 50 euro a day ( Naxosways), so do not go through the hotel if you are renting a car. When we mentioned this to the manager he shrugged it off. Also no service of carrying luggage to room ect. If you are looking for service I won’t recommend this hotel but it’s a nice place otherwise.

Since you are staying in this hotel, it is strongly recommended to stay in the room on the top floor because there is only such a room in the whole hotel. The three windows of the two rooms have unbeatable views, not to mention the 270-degree view on the balcony. Since you are here and have chosen this hotel, it would be a pity not to choose it. The key point is that the Internet celebrity check-in point is here. Looking at the long queues from morning to night every day just to take a photo, and the hotel guests can pose for photos at any time without any cover, you can understand this feeling.
