We booked this hotel based on the good reviews. The room is a bit small, and we could only see a little bit of the sea view from the room, but right outside the hotel is a great location to watch the sunset, and it is also very close to the bus station. The breakfast is very rich, and the steps leading to the outdoor swimming pool are covered with a large area of ​​pink flowers. What was disappointing was that when we passed by, there were two foreign beauties taking pictures. My husband walked in front and took a look and walked away. I walked behind and took a look. They actually swore at me, thinking I didn't understand. They were really uncultured. I will never stay in this hotel again.

Staff was really friendly and kind. Room was clean, comfy and felt taken care of. Pool area was new and very comfy. Breakfast wasn't a little poor, not having much choice for vegans (only Olives, bread, veggies and jams + coffee(no plant milk)

The location is very good, close to the station, restaurants, and shopping. The room has local characteristics, and the platform outside has beautiful volcano and sunset views. The breakfast is very rich and delivered to the room every morning, which is very ceremonial. What is particularly pleasant is that the hotel staff Stelois is very kind and thoughtful. It is not the peak tourist season at this time, so there are not too many tourists everywhere, and there is no need to queue.

Relux Hotel in Ios is quaint and beautiful and the service from the staff are top notch. The check in was very easy and the staff made you feel very welcome. Special thanks and kudos go to Natalie at the reception, she was just wonderful through out and made us feel extra special. The hotel is located 150m from the port of Ios, you come off the ferry and it's there.

Great location, 5-10 minutes from beach, moto rental and many restaurants. Short walk to the port and town area. Loved the owners and daily breakfast was amazing! Stayed for 5 nights and would 100% stay here again next time we are in Naxos. Huge room with separate living room and having a balcony was lovely. Bath products 10/10!

A family run hotel with a very friendly environment. We stayed there and loved this hotel. Location was perfect and close to chora (stairways away). Rooms are well designed in a modern way. Definitely recommended 🙏🏻

The suite no. 23 was a good room with sufficient space with nice furnishings to have a relaxing stay. The breakfast was good. Services provided by staff was prompt and friendly. The cocktails and food in the hotel restaurant was real good. The only challenge is noise from the heated pool upstairs. On the whole, the stay was good..

Very well located, on the beach. Not very far from the airport. Very attentive and friendly. We were helped with any request. nice rooms. They have air conditioning. I would have liked TV had access to the internet or Netflix.

酒店很漂亮，服務也很好，離公交巴士汽車站走路5分鐘的樣子，不管是從機場還是港口來直接坐公交大巴車3歐元到fabrika這站下車就到了，非常近，唯一有點缺點的就是酒店門口那條馬路是雙向汽車馬路，有一個爬坡，所以進出酒店時需要注意安全，不過這條馬路就200米的樣子。酒店房間有面對酒店花園和麪對海景的，第一晚給我們面對海景的，房間很漂亮但晚上陽台上太冷了，和酒店反應後給我們換到面對酒店花園的房間，面對酒店花園的房間私人陽台更大，很適合我們這種吸煙者和喜歡在陽台上久坐的人😄房間裏有大衣櫃，冰箱，吹風機都有。還有工作人員幫你把行李箱拿到房間，走的時候也會有工作人員幫你把行李箱拿下來，甚至酒店門口的幾步台階也會有工作人員幫你拿到馬路平地上，非常好☺️酒店有早餐15歐元一個人，酒店還有一個很大的游泳池供所有客人使用，酒店的前台是24小時制很方便，以後再來還會住這裏👍和酒店前台溝通時主動給了我們公交巴士站的時間表很有用，酒店網絡wifi也很好。10月15號下午幫我們辦理入住的前台那位男士工作人員非常好，忘記他的名字了😅感謝感謝，還免費幫我打印了第二天坐船用的郵件👍thank u very much!

The hotel is nice. The waiters are handsome and enthusiastic. It was already after 12 o'clock when I checked in. They helped me carry my luggage to the room, taught me how to open and close the windows, and showed all kinds of care... I was very touched by being in a foreign country. You can order breakfast freely, and it’s actually free. Like it! It is very convenient to travel near the hotel. It is a few minutes walk to the bus stop to Fira and the entrance of the green Carrefour, but the citywalk in Santorini does not work! The bus costs 1.6 euros and is very convenient!
