Overall speaking, this hotel is value for money if choosing to stay in Onna Village. The ocean view is spectacular. We enjoyed it so much especially on the last day of our trip. We eventually had the blue sky and white clouds. The room is very spacious with a nice balcony! That's most precious for our holiday. Since it was early Nov, the outdoor pool was closed. We used the indoor pool which comes with a outdoor jacuzzi. That's so lovely. Regrettably, the indoor pool was not available to use until after 9:00am in the morning, that was so inconvenient for hotel guests. We normally can't swim after having a nice breakfast. There is an airport limousine at the main entrance of the hotel, that is very convenient for us because the hotel is located on the hill slope. We did not drive. So, we chose to book the limousine bus at the hotel concierge to save us time and energy to walk downhill to take the city bus after we checked out. Although it cost 5000 yens for the BBQ dinner, the variety of food is good. So, we were quite happy with the money spent on it. The breakfast buffet also provided a good selection of food especially a good selection of cooked food with local veggies as ingredients. It was worth spending HK$140 for each of us.

I took bus 143 from Naha Bus Terminal to the American Village (it was the last stop for this bus, not sure where the actual last stop is) and walked for about 10 minutes to reach the hotel. Since it was before check-in time, I waited in the lobby, where complimentary drinks and cookies were available. The front desk staff were very enthusiastic and helped us store our luggage first; the service was excellent. After checking in, we were given an upgraded room, much larger than what we had booked, which was fantastic! American Village at night is beautiful and definitely worth staying for a night.

We chose this hotel for the pool and close proximity to both the monorail and the ferry ticket office. It was ideal for this reason. The pool was nice and quiet during the day. the ferry ticket office is just 1min walk away. several convenience stores close by. We went to Naminoue beach, about 25-30min walk away - we tried the bus according google maps but the bus didnt arrive as expected. For the rest, the hotel is clean and comfortable and decent size rooms. the washing machines are busy in the evening but convenient for use. The area around the hotel I wouldnt really recommend for families - its a little rundown and had a bit of a strange vibe, not as welcoming as other parts of Japan. Still clean and seems safe, but our least favourite area during our 3 week trip.

The service was genuinely excellent and very welcoming. However, the hotel itself felt quite dated. Given the very affordable price, I can certainly understand this. We found a musty smell in our initial room, and it only got better after we contacted the front desk to request a room change. The door lock was also old and a bit finicky; even the staff seemed to have trouble with it. There were no power outlets conveniently located near the bed, which was inconvenient for using my phone at night. The provided toiletries weren't very comprehensive – I was surprised to find no comb. On the positive side, the downstairs buffet was fantastic, and the shop offered great duty-free shopping. Overall, the low price definitely makes up for these small inconveniences.

The 888 express bus service is convenient, taking 2.5 to 3 hours to get you directly to the hotel entrance. The hotel's convenience store, however, closes rather early at 10 PM. While there's a hot spring open until 11 PM and a swimming pool on the first floor, we didn't get a chance to use the pool due to our plans to visit JUNGL IA. Our room was very spacious and comfortable, although housekeeping only replaced the towels and didn't make the bed.

An incredible hotel where everything within it: 2 swimming pools, an onsen, a konbini, a restaurant and a bar. All your needs will be filled. Great location as well with Naminoue shrine and beach nearby, and monorail around 15 by foot. But if you want to explore Okinawa further, plenty of bikes, and car rental around. And ferries to go to other islands. I will definitely come back to Okinawa and Sansui Naha hotel!

Our family of four stayed in a quad room with two standard beds, a sofa bed, and an additional rollaway bed. Even with all that, there was still plenty of space to move around, and they provided four sets of toiletries and slippers – we were really happy with the room. The front desk service was also very thoughtful; I accidentally lost my room key while out, and after explaining, they immediately replaced it for me without any extra charge. It was also fun to watch the monorail trains with their different liveries from the hotel window.

I used to stay near Cape Manza whenever I visited Okinawa, but this time I wanted to try a different beach, so I booked the Moon Beach Hotel. Although the hotel is a bit old, it's very well-maintained and quite nice. The room was surprisingly spacious. I didn't book a sea-view room, but if you have the option, definitely go for it – it's absolutely worth it! For breakfast, there are two choices: a Japanese set meal or a more standard Western-style buffet. The room key is quite unique; it's shaped like a seahorse. On the ground floor, there's a shop selling beachwear, which is a good option if you haven't brought any. Eating out near the hotel is very convenient, with plenty of options. There are also many diving schools and car rental places nearby. Some diving schools even offer Chinese-speaking services, so it's worth checking out if you're interested. I'll definitely be back next year! 🤩🥳

We had a great stay in Hewitt Resort. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We took early return flight so that we had to check out very early. The hotel even prepared packed breakfast for us as we did not have time to have breakfast before we left the hotel. The room was clean and new and spacious. We will definitely choose Hewitt Resort when we visit Okinawa in the future. Thank you Hewitt Resort.

The facilities and location are great, close to convenience stores. Although there's no bathtub, the shower has full-body jets. The room has large windows, perfect for enjoying the harbor view, and offers good value for money. The only downside is that the hotel Wi-Fi is a bit unstable.

FFuermoluojuanjuanThe location is super convenient; it's a five-minute walk from Asahibashi monorail station, and getting here from the airport is quick. Across from the hotel is the Naha Bus Terminal, making it easy to go anywhere – we even took a bus from there when we switched to our resort hotel later. Although the room was over 20 square meters, it felt a bit cramped, possibly due to the low ceiling, but that's typical for city hotels in Japan, so I can't complain too much. The room had a natural wood style and was generally tidy, but the sofa by the window was quite dirty with suspicious stains. Also, I booked the room very early, but ended up with a third-floor room directly facing the parking garage, which offered poor privacy and views. When I went downstairs to speak with the front desk, I was told it was a pre-assigned room and couldn't be changed. Oh well. The highlights of the hotel are the rooftop bath, perfect for relaxing after a long day, and the ground-floor restaurant where you can buy a three-hour all-you-can-drink package, a definite win for alcohol enthusiasts.

BBanlimamaI was initially very pleased with the hotel's location. The pool and beach facilities were excellent, and there were also two breakfast options. However, the only truly unpleasant experience occurred during check-in. The young male staff member at the front desk was incredibly unprofessional. The check-in process took a full 45 minutes, and I was almost on the verge of heatstroke from standing there so long! After finally checking in, I wanted to quickly freshen up with a shower, but then waited another 30 minutes in the room for my luggage. I eventually went back to the front desk to inquire about my bags, only to find them unceremoniously dumped in a corner, completely unattended. It was only after I made a forceful complaint in English that a staff member hurriedly delivered the luggage to my room. Because I formally submitted a complaint, a staff member later proactively contacted me and offered water park coupons, which showed they were taking the matter seriously. Given we were a family with elderly parents and young children, traveling during the peak summer heat, I appreciated their effort to rectify the situation, as I really didn't want any more hassle. Aside from that, the remainder of our stay was quite pleasant. Although the room facilities were noticeably dated, they were acceptable.

2205827****The lobby is too small; it didn't feel like a proper hotel at first, which made me quite unhappy. However, once I got to the room, I was slightly more satisfied. There's no coffee machine or drinking water in the room; you have to go out to the hallway to get water. The front desk service was indeed top-notch, and the hotel is very close to Kokusai Street, making shopping convenient. The hotel breakfast was just average, but the drinks and cakes at the bar on the first floor were quite tasty. The TV in the room felt too big, though; it made my eyes hurt.

LLiulangjinxingHoshinoya's service was first-rate. I highly recommend the horseback riding, which was a unique experience. The infinity pool is beautiful, and there are plenty of snorkeling spots nearby. The kids had a blast, and the service was excellent. The restaurant was plentiful, and the surroundings were beautiful. The only downside was the Wi-Fi wasn't working, and they couldn't fix it. The hotel immediately offered to change rooms, but I didn't consider it due to my heavy luggage. Even if I did, the cost of cleaning wouldn't be cheap. They suggest better equipment management, and Ctrip did everything they could to accommodate. Thank you so much! This was the only time I wanted to give a negative review, but I changed my mind because of the excellent service at Hoshinoya. I maintain my high rating and recommend it!

TTianqiandikun-zijianThe room was clean and well-equipped. It's very close to Kokusai Dori, which made shopping super convenient. A small incident happened where we left our pocket Wi-Fi in the taxi on the way to the airport. The driver found it and quickly returned it to the hotel. Eventually, our Japanese friends helped us get it mailed back. It was such a great feeling to get it back after thinking it was lost! The hotel was very professional and kept the lost item safe. Thumbs up!

The gentleman at the front desk was a foreign white man, very polite and handsome. The hotel's interior environment is quite good, and there's a bathtub for soaking. GGuest UserA truly excellent stay. The front desk had a very helpful staff member from Taiwan. The breakfast restaurant was superb, offering outstanding food and a wonderful dining experience. The swimming pools were also excellent, featuring both a saltwater pool and a regular pool, making them perfect for kids. We also enjoyed beautiful sunset views. There are several good restaurants nearby, which are ideal for families with kids. The hotel's location is very convenient, perfectly situated between Naha, the northern ocean park, and Dino.
