The room was small but well-equipped, and the environment was pleasant. Its location offered great convenience for visiting Shinsaibashi and other places. The front desk staff were very friendly and provided thoughtful service. The room itself was cleaned very thoroughly. My main concerns were that the room felt a bit damp, making the duvet and bed feel moist, and the window only had blinds, which didn't block out enough light, impacting my sleep. Otherwise, everything else was good.

The location is absolutely fantastic! It's super convenient for shopping and getting around, perfect for families with kids who love to shop. You can't really compare it to hotels in China at the same price point, but compared to other Japanese hotels, the 25-square-meter twin room is quite spacious – big enough to open two large suitcases, and the twin beds can even be pushed together to make a king size. It's especially close to Universal Studios Japan and Kobe! And the best part is how quiet it is – we had a great night's sleep. Very satisfied! Highly recommend!

The location is fantastic. After exiting the south side of Tennoji Station's central gate, take the elevator up to the 2nd floor. Then, follow the skybridge to your right until you spot the Mitsubishi Bank sign – the hotel is right there. To reach the hotel lobby, find the elevator next to the bank's main entrance and go up three floors. The entire walk is via a covered skybridge, so you don't have to worry about wind or rain. While the hotel itself isn't huge, the rooms are well-designed enough to allow you to fully open a large suitcase, which I found to be a very reasonable use of space for a hotel of this footprint. The breakfast selection wasn't extensive. We stayed for two consecutive nights but only opted for the breakfast option for one day. However, they offered gyudon (beef bowls) and Osaka curry, which were quite tasty.

booked this hotel because i saw there is a separate shower and room is relatively bigger than the one we stayed in our past few trips. it is also located in the city centre, connected to shinsaibashi station via exit 8. very convenient! staffs were all super friendly and helpful. there is also an airport transfer service from the hotel to kansai airport t1 & t2 which is so convenient, we didn’t have to worry about taking the train and having to lug our luggages around. will definitely be back :)

The hotel is located in the business district, just a short walk from the subway station. I did my research beforehand, so I knew that check-in was upstairs. There are plenty of restaurant choices nearby, and some famous local ramen places have a much better ambiance than those in Shinsaibashi. The only drawback is that the room was a bit small, but it was clean and the soundproofing was decent.

The room was small but very clean and well-equipped. You can pick up toiletries you need, as well as nutritional supplements and face masks, from the lobby. There's a 7-Eleven convenience store downstairs, and the service was excellent. Every day, they'd give us a spa code so we could use the hot spring anytime. The hotel room was quite spacious for Japanese standards, and it was a convenient walk to the subway station. The TV in the room wasn't directly facing the bed, but rather the sofa side. Overall, this hotel offers great value for money and I'd recommend it for travelers. The cleanliness was excellent, and both check-in and check-out were very smooth. They even deliver all your luggage to your room, so the service is fantastic.

A good hotel. The rooms are clean and spacious, the location is good, and the staff is polite. They provide fresh towels every day. The ventilation in the bathroom works well, and there is great water pressure for hot water. However, I wasn't impressed with the breakfast, although I don't consider this a major drawback.

It's a bit of a walk from the subway station. It's actually more around Nihonbashi. It's close to the Tanico store, and convenient for taking the Nankai line to the airport. Just be aware that the hotel doesn't provide complimentary water. Otherwise, the staff attitude was great, and the duvet and pillows were incredibly comfortable.
