convenient downtown location, yet quite quiet; fast check-in check out; 3+ stars facilities; some of the sockets are of UK standard which could be helpful for certain people; central heating is a bit too hot, need to open the window from time to time; bed sheets aren’t changed every 3 days as supposed and the floor could be washed better; gym is the way too small, apart from that all good, breakfast is satisfactory

Nice hotel just little distance from city center, a big supermarket a less 100 metres with bus stop to get everywhere in city. Rooms nice and well equipped, staff fabolous above all receptionist Dimitri always eager for help. Breakfast buffet but food delicious and a 24 hours coffee and hot drinks avaible

This hotel is located near the center of Biscay. It is quite convenient to travel. You need a car to travel easily. But surprisingly, there is no parking. Breakfast is okay. The room size is okay. But the room I got smelled a bit of cigarette smoke. Overall, it is good. But I think the price is high compared to what you get. So-so.

The location is good, there are many delicious restaurants nearby.
The breakfast buffet has a wide variety of cheeses, which I like, and a lot of vegetables. *Food is made to order, and the restaurant staff are polite.
For lunch, you can enjoy a cheap and satisfying business lunch, although it costs extra.
The room has a bathtub of a sufficient size, like a Japanese business hotel, but unfortunately you have to keep running the water for several minutes until it becomes hot, and the water is just wasted during that time. It is a waste of water for the hotel, and I think it is not eco-friendly.

It's around the 400-500 range in China.
The breakfast was good, though.
The refrigerator in the room kept turning on every 20 minutes, which was annoying.
In short, these 13 hotels in China were horrible compared to the one in China.

GGuest UserResting here is not the first time, the management of the hotel youth service level and the quality of the hotel improve and make our rest pleasant) you can see that the hotel is not standing on the spot but developing. Rooms are clean, towels, neats, The slippers are all necessary in the room. Thermal sources, Hamam, Sauna, Russian steam on wood, cold bath and large pool all necessary for excellent rest is present. The forces have a bar area now you can order food and drink without going away from the pool. There is everything for a comfortable rest in general.

The downstairs is connected to the mall. The SPA environment is poor, the SPA service attitude is not good, and the quality of the massage oil is not good. Because of the poor service attitude and the poor massage oil, I didn't expect it and didn't want to spend money to suffer. The Japanese dining environment is good, mainly because we booked a tatami seat, and the rigid consumption is about 450 US dollars. The three of us ate for one night and only ate about 300 US dollars. No matter what, we couldn't afford 450 US dollars. As a result, when paying the bill, we had to pay 450 US dollars, and then we were allowed to take it away. This is the first time I have encountered such a ”hard” management method of an international five-star hotel. It's just one seat, and the business is average. There are not many people. We didn't sit in that seat, so it was probably empty.

GGuest UserReception staff were very friendly and helpful. It is a very clean hotel and the bathroom that I had was extremely clean. Great, comfortable bed. The breakfast was fine, not that many options on a Sunday, but Monday had plenty more options. The location was good, if you like walking, then you can walk to a lot of the attractions from the hotel. Navat restaurant is close and there is is a café next to it - this was great! In sum, an excellent hotel for 2/3 nights in Bishkek.
