I would like to extend my sincere thanks to all the staff for their warm and gracious hospitality during our short stay. Everyone was exceptionally kind and accommodating, especially in allowing us an early check-in at 10:00 AM, as we arrived earlier than expected. We truly appreciated this thoughtful gesture, which was kindly extended due to low occupancy. The room was cozy and comfortable, and the view was genuinely pleasant. One of the highlights was being able to see hot air balloons 🎈 directly from the hotel, which made the stay even more special and memorable. While the overall experience was very enjoyable, there are a few areas that could be improved to further elevate the property’s standards: 1. Food quality could be enhanced, particularly breakfast. Having a chef prepare options such as fresh omelettes or scrambled eggs would greatly improve the dining experience. 2. The furnishing and interior details would benefit from a light refresh to give the property a more refined and polished feel. 3. The sliding section of the property could be opened to enhance accessibility and overall flow of the space. 4. Adding a subtle room fragrance would create a more welcoming and pleasant atmosphere upon entering the room. Overall, it was a great and satisfying stay, and with a few thoughtful improvements, this place has the potential to become truly outstanding.

We stayed 2 nights as 4 adults and 1 child in the family room of the hotel. Location 5 minutes from Pamukkale traverters. But the room we stayed was very cold, the room was very cold, the air conditioning was very cold, the smell of lagam came from the toilet and this smell was very disturbing, and the toilet had no bathroom. Also there was a hot water problem. I recommend more for a night of accommodation, only for sleep. Not very suitable for long-term locks.

The hotel was pretty good and the rooms were clean. I booked one twin room and one king room; they weren't in the same building but were quite close. The interior environment was nice, with a small pool. Breakfast was plentiful. The hotel also offered a free shuttle to the South Gate of Pamukkale, from where you can walk downhill to the Middle Gate. We had lunch at the hotel restaurant too, and the food was very tasty.

Facilities: Spacious interior, windows can be opened 1/3, good environment, many pigeons. Cleanliness: Average, overall acceptable. Environment: Very convenient location in the city center, easy to access tourist attractions and find restaurants. Service: The front desk staff are friendly and will help with parking free of charge.

A great option for one night in Pamukkale. The host is very welcoming. If you want to be met, please let them know your arrival time in advance, or at least 15 minutes beforehand, as there is no reception. If no one is there upon arrival, message the host and they will arrive in 5 minutes. We would have liked to have some dishes added to the room, as there was a kitchen area, but they were missing. We asked for them, and they brought them to us.

The room booked for my parents has a hot spring and includes two meals, breakfast or lunch, or breakfast and dinner. The hotel room is not very big, the air conditioning is relatively good, and the front desk is very welcoming

Bellamaritimo is maybe not the newest hotel, but it is at a fine spot - we could see Pamukkale from our balcony and also see the hot air balloons in the morning when the sun was rising! The pool(s) and the courtyard are super nice and clean and very new! It was so much fun to cool down there after an exciting day. The owner of the hotel, Halim, was very friendly - as was the rest of the staff - and helped us with great advise in order to make the most of our visit at Pamukkale. We had already booked a hot air ballon ride for the first morning, but for the rest Halim's advice was extremely helpful! Breakfast (see the picture) at the hotel made us very happy and we also had dinner once at the hotel (the picture is not showing the delicious salad we had with it, but you'll get the picture). The hotel also offers wine 🍷 from the region. We tried the white wine that was a very enjoyable drink one of the evenings. Once, while enjoying the pool in the afternoon, the owner presented us two glasses of chilled pomegranate wine - that on a hot summer day is absolutely fantastic! 😍 The rooms were simple, but clean, as was the bathroom. But we didn't spend that much time inside anyways... 😎☀️ So, altogether, I can warmly recommend this hotel for your stay at Pamukkale - it's a grand choice! Last but not least, it's also a very affordable option ... 😉

The hotel is not far from the bus station. The staff is very nice and helpful. We arrived at 6am and were able to check in right away. They even gave us a free breakfast. However, the room was quite dark and the air conditioner was very old. Overall, it was worth the money.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Pamukkale. The rooms are very clean. Especially the bathroom. It has an outdoor pool and is very clean. This hotel is very close to the entrance to the Pamukkale park. Just walk for 3 minutes. There are many small shops and restaurants around, so if you need something, you can go out and get it. I would like to thank the staff for being very friendly.
