SSophialezouThere is an airport shuttle, direct access to the mall, close to the station, the hotel service is very good, but there is no breakfast. The fireplace in the hotel lobby feels very warm in the snowy winter.

GGuest UserMy boyfriend and I really enjoyed our stay at the Cambria hotel. He went to conference in downtown St. Paul while I checked out the Twin Cities. Location is excellent. My boyfriend easily took the #54 bus into St. Paul using the bus stop right next to the hotel. I checked out the MN Valley National Wildlife Refuge (a 3 min drive away) and the Mall of America / IKEA (free hotel shuttle which was super easy to use) in addition to other sites that I drove to (hotel offers free parking with plenty of open spaces). The free morning coffee in the lobby was delicious and strong. While breakfast was not free, the hotel room has a microwave and mini-fridge for us to make our own breakfast (oatmeal, bagels, yogurt, etc.) and keep cold soda/beer in our room. I also enjoyed their swimming pool. The water is cool but good for doing laps. Finally, we enjoyed their spacious, clean, and modern rooms. Thank you, Cambria!

GGuest UserI did not realize Indigo was part of the IHG chain, but now are fully aware of the Indigo brand. The hotel check in was on the 2nd floor and parking was inconvenient with construction. The height into the covered parking was not very high. We were fortunate to find one of the last spots. The three different Indigo staff that we met were extremely friendly to meeting our needs. The hotel maid (room service attendant) also assisted us with additional needs. Our last night at the hotel. We witnessed about 25 college students carelessly riding the motorized scooter (Lime) in the streets disrupting traffic, pedestrians, and compromising safety of the city of Rochester for about 30 minutes. There was not a single law enforcement present after the incident. It not only affected Indigo, but also Hilton and Hilton Garden Inn. My bad for not taking a video of this.

Its greatest advantage over other hotels in the Mayo Clinic area is the friendliness and competence of the staff.
every single one of the staff that I’ve interacted with was superb. Most four-star hotels don’t have this level of service that I’ve experienced at StayBridge
the breakfast buffet is very good. The restaurant is outstanding. The staff at the reception desk is more competent and nicer than any hotel I can think of in Minnesota
It is across the entrance from Mayo St. Mary’s Hospital
Also there are several very good restaurants within two blocks in each direction
I’ve stayed in four other hotels in the three years that I receive care at Mayo Clinic and this one is fairly superior to the others.

GGuest UserI chose to book here because the Intercontinental offers room service which is hard to find in other hotels. The room we booked was a private access river view room with breakfast, I thought there would be a different lift (my kid is loud) and I was wrong. We used the same elevator but needed a swipe card to get to our floor. We didn't have a phone in our room, which was weird, however, the front desk texted us and sent someone immediately to handle our room service order, which was great. The room is not very big. Room service and breakfast were great and reasonably priced, and we liked their staff service and food service the most. By the way, parking is valet only and it's not easy to find parking on the streets near the city center.

EEvelyn ChowHotel is conveniently located across Mall of American South Gate and iHop and TGIF Fridays restaurant are both attached to the hotel . It only takes 5 mins to walk over to the mall .
Distance from Msp airport to hotel takes about 15 mins .
Room is relatively clean and simple. Basic needs are met.

GGuest UserThe hotel is very close to the airport, the room is very spacious and very satisfied, the facilities are complete, and the hygiene is very clean. There is also an animal sanctuary nearby, close to the river, it is a good place to contact nature, every time I pass by this airport, I live here. The steak in the restaurant is also very good.

HHeatherAbsolutely wonderful. I am super picky and my friends all stayed at other hotels in for a wedding. I was last minute and didn’t like what I had seen in the other hotels my friends were at so I walked down to check out this one and I was so happy I did! Love love love it. Clean and cozy and felt like an adults on the interior furnishings. Other hotels have cheap furniture and feel like dorm rooms. I was really have with this choice all the way around!!! I will definitely be back and can’t wait for their new spa to open!! Staff was great too and hotel was decorated lovely for Christmas! Great price also!

GGuest UserThe hotel staff were incredibly welcoming, and the entire place was spotlessly clean. Our room was cozy and spacious, and the hotel's location was excellent. The housekeeping staff were also very friendly, as was the front desk team. The room rate was very reasonable, offering great value for money! We've had more than one comfortable and pleasant stay here, and it truly feels like a home away from home. This is my honest review of this hotel.
