This hotel boasts a highly convenient location in Lower Manhattan. It's just a few minutes' walk to the ferry terminal, and a pleasant 3-minute stroll along the river will bring you to the iconic Brooklyn Bridge. A subway station, providing R and W lines with direct access to Queens and Brooklyn, is situated right across the street. Wall Street is also just a 5-minute walk away. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, featuring a very comfortable bed. The bathroom facilities and towels were spotless. A heads-up: guests should bring their own toothbrush, toothpaste, and slippers. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The front desk is on the second floor, where you'll find a refreshment area with a microwave; drinks are available for purchase. Luggage storage is conveniently located on the ground floor, which also houses a Western-style restaurant and an adjacent bar. Overall, this hotel offers excellent value for money and comes highly recommended.

The room is large and the scenery is beautiful to see the lake.

I had to ask to a room change because it looked like the room I got was not cleaned (the bed looked like used and barely “extended”). The new room was better and I could enjoyed my stay without further issues.

One stop on the Ivy League tour is in the hotel. The location of this university is really remote. There is nothing around. You can eat and drink there. I paid extra for breakfast, which was not good. It is not as good as the lobby bar. There are free coffee and cookies.

In some balcony rooms, there is an exhaust vent on the side, and people with nervous breakdowns should be careful when taking photos. There is no need to pack breakfast, and it is also available to order.

I went to Cornell University and chose this hotel in the center of the town and drove to Cornell for 10 minutes. The hotel room is very spacious and has hair dryer, electric iron, coffee machine. The bed in the twin room is 1.5 meters, which is quite good. The height of the mattress and pillows is good. It is quite comfortable to sleep. Overall very satisfied with such a comfortable hotel in Ithaca.

Comfy and clean ,service was great and helpful staff had small issues but she was able to work out easily.

It was a bit noisy during the day, as if it was being renovated. The upstairs of my room started to knock from the early days.

It's quite satisfactory, breakfast can be not included, and you can order it yourself.

The Asian man being the counter at check in was not friendly at all. He also took a long time to check everyone in. There was a long line and only he was working. We were tired and when we went upstairs to our room, the key didn’t work. We had to go back downstairs and wait again, only for the man to tell us he gave us the wrong room number.  On our last day, the fire alarm went off at 1am while we were sleeping. We called downstairs and no one answered. We evacuated the room only to find out it was a false alarm. There was no announcement. Just one person behind the desk telling people who asked him. The fire department shut down the elevators so we had to wait to go back to our rooms. We got very little sleep after that.
