Came to Wuhan for a weekend getaway, and after a good deal of comparison, I finally decided on this place. On the morning of check-in, they called to ask for my estimated arrival time, and if there was a room available before 2 PM, I could even check in early. I stayed for two days and had a really pleasant experience. The hotel staff were warm and attentive, always actively helping to solve any issues. The room was comfortable too (it would be even better if there was an extra chair at the desk). When ordering takeout, you can directly enter your room number, and a robot will deliver it right to your door. If I get the chance to visit Wuhan again, I'll definitely prioritize staying here! Energy boost: Guests can grab complimentary snacks/drinks from the lobby. P.S. If you're looking to buy souvenirs for friends in Wuhan, don't rush to buy them at other attractions (you can buy some unique items at the Hubei Provincial Museum's cultural and creative store that you won't find elsewhere). There's a cultural and creative collective store in the pedestrian street near the hotel. If you're not sure which one, just search for [****] – you can get fridge magnets and other goodies there in bulk! ✔

My stay at the Starry Sky Garden Hotel was absolutely fantastic, I truly can't recommend it enough! The hotel boasts a serene and elegant environment, complete with its own exquisite garden. The evening ambiance is incredible; just looking up, you can feel the comfortable and peaceful atmosphere – it's perfect for taking photos. The guest rooms are clean and tidy, with a spacious and comfortable layout. The bedding is soft and skin-friendly, ensuring a very restful sleep. The front desk service was warm and attentive, check-in was efficient and quick. Any requests were met promptly and patiently, showing thoughtful attention to detail everywhere. The location is convenient for getting around, with plenty of options for dining, entertainment, and shopping nearby. The hotel's hygiene was impeccable, and the toiletries were complete and high-quality. Breakfast offered a rich variety of delicious options. Overall, the value for money is exceptional. It's suitable for both leisure travel and short trips, providing a comfortable and pleasant stay. I will definitely prioritize this hotel for my next trip!

Facilities: Very new, with beautiful marble decor. Hygiene: The rooms are all quite clean. Environment: It's just across the road from T2, you can see planes and there's a small garden. The environment is superb. Service: The service is always great every time I come. There's also room service available at night, which is perfect for those catching a flight. Free shuttle bus between Wuhan Tianhe Airport T2-T3 terminals (not applicable for transit passengers): It's quite convenient to transfer to T3, and the shuttle bus starts running very early.

First, the pros: The natural scenery at this hotel is absolutely breathtaking, making even the West Lake State Guest House seem modest in comparison. The boardwalks throughout the hotel are also beautifully maintained. If you're looking for peace and quiet, there's no need to visit the East Lake Scenic Area nearby – this place *is* the scenic area. While staying at the hotel, you can also visit Mao Zedong's former residence. There's a restaurant next to the residence with an impeccable dining environment, which I unfortunately only discovered upon checking out. The hotel's east gate has a bus terminal where you can catch a bus to the museum, Yellow Crane Tower, and Tanhualin. It’s a great way to enjoy the city views while traveling. There are also many restaurants nearby. Now for the cons: The facilities are a bit dated. The outlets in the room are very loose; I could only charge my devices in the bathroom. Also, there are so many mirrors that it constantly created visual illusions. There's no elevator access to the rooms for breakfast, so I had to climb stairs every time. Despite these points, I still highly recommend this hotel and hope for improvements.

I had an amazing stay at Four Seasons International Hotel (Shiyan Beijing Middle Road University Town). The room was exceptionally clean and the mattress was incredibly comfortable — one of the best I’ve ever slept on. The overall cleanliness and room ambience truly exceeded my expectations. The staff were extremely sweet, helpful, and quick to respond whenever I needed anything. Their hospitality really stood out. The most surprising and heartwarming part of my stay was that the hotel provided me with free breakfast and dinner. On one of the days, I was very hungry and didn’t know where to go for dinner, but the staff kindly arranged a complimentary meal for me. I genuinely appreciated this thoughtful gesture. Overall, this hotel offers excellent service, great comfort, and sincere hospitality. I absolutely loved my stay and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting this area. I will definitely choose this hotel again in the future!

The location is superb just at the pedestrian street . Very easy to locate and has car park also easily access by car . There is hey tea and molly tea below the hotel .The hotel has good customer service will greet you or smile when u pass by the reception. Hotel has 2 elevator that one can access to the mall directly and go up to level 8 above for room and the other elevator at the tea shop go to level 8 . Level 8 is the reception. Metro station walk around 15mins that access the pink line directly to the airport. All is easy to locate .

The hotel staff were incredibly friendly, and Linlin at the front desk was particularly attentive. It was so convenient to have a dedicated parking lot and charging stations. The hotel was very clean, and the room was spacious with a super soft bed. This is definitely a great hotel choice for any trip.

The rooms were bright and airy, with complete and well-maintained facilities, a stable hot water supply, and clean and practical toiletries. The bathroom had a separate shower and toilet area and was spotlessly clean. The breakfast offered a variety of options with light and delicious flavors, satisfying most daily dining needs. The hotel's overall environment was elegant, with meticulous attention to hygiene and robust security measures, providing a sense of security. Whether for leisure or business travel, this hotel offers an excellent stay experience and far exceeds the value of hotels in the same price range. I would definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip and highly recommend it.

The hotel boasts a grand and elegant design. Although it opened in 2010 (and was renovated in 2020), the interior facilities are meticulously maintained and show no signs of age. The mini-bar is chargeable, but the front desk kindly provided two complimentary drink vouchers upon check-in, which was a nice touch. During my stay, there were a few minor hiccups (such as an opened bath salt from a previous guest not being replaced, and an empty lotion bottle not being refilled), but thankfully, the responses were very prompt. A special thanks to Leah at the front desk for her help! 🌹 The most delightful part of my stay was undoubtedly the Executive Lounge. It wasn't crowded, so it was quiet, and tables were cleared very quickly. The food selection was impressive. Dining there offered close-up views of the river, which was a wonderful experience. Breakfast the next day was also quite good, with a decent spread of Chinese, Western, pastries, and fruits – everything you'd expect. Overall, both the hotel's amenities and service are excellent, living up to their expected standards. However, given its age, some facilities and items inevitably show a bit of wear and tear (like the bathtub in the room or the dining plates in the restaurant). There's still room for improvement in some minor details, but generally, it was a very good experience.

Our stay was excellent! We arrived in Wuhan a day early because we couldn't get train tickets for the May Day holiday, so we booked an extra night at the hotel. We checked in very late, in the early hours of the morning. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful. They combined our bookings, which saved us the hassle of checking out and then back in again the next day. They also kindly offered us complimentary breakfast for April 30th. The hotel breakfast was fantastic, with a great variety of Wuhan's local specialties. The lounge, however, offered a more limited selection. If you're looking for a wider spread, I'd recommend dining on the first floor. The staff provided excellent service throughout our stay. On the first day of the May Day holiday, they even wished us 'Happy May Day' as we left the hotel. Staying at the Shangri-La is definitely a great choice when visiting Wuhan.
