AAnonymous UserAn absolutely wonderful stay! I was pressed for time and didn't have a chance to do much research, but after seeing great reviews on RED (Xiaohongshu) and Doubao, I went ahead and booked it on short notice. To my surprise, the experience far exceeded my expectations:
1. Facilities & Location: Everything was fantastic—from the room decor and hotel location to the quality of the buffet.
2. Unexpected Perk: At 88 stories high, the hotel is the tallest building in Shenyang. Overlooking the entire city from the top floor was incredible; everything below looked like miniature toys. Such incredible value for money!
3. Service Experience: Since it was a last-minute booking, I called the front desk beforehand with a ton of questions about the location, proximity to the Mukden Palace and the Marshal Zhang's Mansion, as well as room types. The staff answered each question with great detail and patience, which saved me a lot of trip-planning time. I even made a point to ask for their names—their warm hospitality truly reflected the hotel's heart. Huge thumbs up! Kudos to the front desk team: HELEN, TILDA, and VERA.

What truly touched us was that we had booked a king-sized bed room, but upon arrival, they saw we were a family of three and upgraded us to a family room. The service was absolutely wonderful! I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Jinzhou; you should definitely stay here.

GGuest UserWe arrived quite late, and the room type we booked was no longer available. They gave us a complimentary upgrade to an executive suite, which exceeded our expectations. The sea view was absolutely stunning! The room was clean and the service was attentive; anything we needed was delivered promptly. Traveling with a baby, we appreciated the kids' shower gel and toothbrushes, and there's also a children's play area. They even provided a high chair in the room. Highly recommend for families with children.

XXiaopangpangyimeiThe consistent quality of InterContinental truly shines through at this property. Located in the heart of Donggang, with Zhongshan Square just a stone's throw away, the views from the window – a combination of city architecture and the bay – are truly unique. Getting around is incredibly convenient, whether by taxi, subway, or on foot.
Riley's service shows a great attention to detail; even in seemingly minor things, you can feel the thoughtfulness. They called ahead to ask about my arrival time, confirmed the number of toiletries and slippers needed, and inquired about my preference for a higher or lower floor... The overall quietness of the hotel is excellent. Even during the National Day holiday when the hotel was fully booked and bustling with guests, I couldn't hear any noise in my room, ensuring a high quality of rest. The bathroom was also super spacious, and both check-in and check-out were seamless. During my stay, I also tried the seafood buffet on the sixth floor of the hotel, which was fantastic.
If I ever have the chance to visit Dalian again, I'll definitely come back for a second stay.

The overall environment was clean and tidy, and the water park had a great variety of attractions, making for a really enjoyable time in the water. The sauna area offered many different types, and I felt incredibly relaxed after a soak. The hotel room was spacious and comfortable, the bedding was soft, and I had a great rest. It's a one-stop shop for eating, drinking, playing, and staying, saving you from back-and-forth travel. The service was also excellent, offering great value for money. It's suitable for friends and family alike, and I'll definitely be back next time.

GGuest UserMy stay at Le Méridien Shenyang, Heping exceeded my expectations. The hotel was meticulously clean, the bedding was very comfortable, and the room was spotless. The front desk staff were warm and welcoming, and check-in was very efficient. Any issues were communicated and resolved promptly, especially by the service manager, Joyce, who handled things with great professionalism. The hotel facilities were well-maintained, and its location made getting around very convenient. It's truly perfect for both leisure and business travelers. Highly recommended!

The location is excellent, right next to Exit 4 through the back door. In the evenings, there's live music indoors and a band outdoors. You can enjoy the lively atmosphere from the balcony, and it's vibrant but not noisy.
The in-room amenities are quite thoughtful. The tissue brand offers great value for money – soft and dust-free. The air freshener has a pleasant, non-irritating scent, showing careful consideration in procurement.
Overall, there are no significant downsides, except for the foot pedal on the bathroom trash can, which is a bit stiff. Upgrading to a better model would be ideal, but it didn't really impact our stay.
Additionally, the front desk staff, both men and women, were very diligent and responsible, especially Chow Pak Ho. Since we arrived early in the morning, he promptly arranged our check-in and upgraded our room as soon as a vacant one became available. We are very grateful.
Our child had a wonderful time and gained a lot. We plan to come back next summer with friends and their family. We hope the standards are maintained and even improved upon!

AAnonymous UserThe hotel staff were all very professional and had excellent attitudes, truly befitting an old-brand luxury hotel. The location was great, making everything convenient. The hotel also offered fantastic views, perfect for sightseeing.
What was particularly touching was that it was my birthday, and I had completely forgotten. The hotel thoughtfully prepared a birthday cake and delivered it to my room. I was genuinely impressed – it wasn't a cheap cake. It was a pure animal cream fruit cake, and I could tell the quality the moment I tasted it.
The hotel's third floor even has a sky garden which is perfect for taking great photos.
Overall, even though prices increased during the National Day holiday, it was still excellent value for money. My whole family had a wonderful time. Thumbs up to the hotel and a special shoutout to staff member Dansey!
