気持ち良い接客に癒されます。
広い敷地には葡萄畑に囲まれたロッジが立つ。
サウナにプールにジャグジーもあって言う事なし。
食事も大変おいしかったです。オススメ❣️

///sarahIt is located in a housing area. We use waze to drive here. It is a big bungalow, with ample parking space.
The main reason I chose this place is because the toilet has bidet. And it is even better as the place is very clean. The toilet is updated and comfy, even the shower curtain is clean, not even a single black dot can be seen. I didn't take any photo of the bathroom though. There's a common kitchen. They provide water dispenser as well.
We get to the city using Bolt, and it was cheap. No issue in getting transportation. Overall I recommend this place if you are in Kutaisi.

GGuest UserA wonderful hotel with a stunning view from the window of the entire city😍😍😍 the sweetest girl Teo at the reception, gave me a room on the 3rd floor with a panoramic window for free 💙💙💙, instead of the budget one on the 1st floor that I booked.
Breakfast in the panoramic restaurant on the 4th floor, there you can also drink tea and coffee on your own during the day or even sit with friends (we did this on the last evening: we bought Georgian delicacies and champagne and sat with a Christmas tree and chatted)
The breakfast is simple, but enough to not go hungry. I would only add a coffee machine😊😊
Perhaps the only downside is that the central heating did not work (but it is there!!). In addition to the air conditioner, they gave me an electric heater, so it was quite normal, only the bathroom was cool.
I think turning on the heating will solve these problems.

IInna SamoilovaWe stayed for 3 nights, it turned out to be 2 full days in Kutaisi. For us, the location was convenient, I arrived from Tbilisi by train. The hotel is next to the train station. Check-in is fast. The room is spacious enough, a comfortable bed, clean linen, towels. There is everything you need, gels, shampoos, toothbrushes. There is a kettle, tea, coffee, they give 0.5 water daily. Bathrobes, disposable slippers. Breakfasts are good, buffet, enough choice. Cleaning is daily, but we refused, because we only spent the night in the room. We walked around the main sights of Kutaisi, from the hotel to the central square about 20 minutes. We were quite satisfied with the chosen hotel.

Good place for this price. The host is friendly and willing to share some tips about nearby places of interest.
The house offers most of the amenities you might require - shower, washing machine, big bed and a small table.
Take note that the house is up on the hill, so you'll have to take a small ”hike” to get back from the city. On the other hand, the place is quite and grocery store is nearby.
Also, don't count on the wi-fi and the fridge - let's just say that these resources are limited.

GGuest UserThe most hospitality place in our trip to Georgia! Beautiful responsive hosts. The hotel is in a quiet place, from the center of Kutaisi relatively close, but it is necessary to climb the hill. There is a kitchen, a hall on the first floor, a cozy terrace on the third with a stunning view to the mountains. The hotel itself resembles a guest house, everything is made with a soul: interesting interior, personal library. All issues were resolved quickly, also a transfer was offered to the surrounding Kutaisi. Of the shortcomings: we didn't have enough equipment in the bathroom, it would be great to install a more sustainable shelf for showers and the pores in the showers (the water streamed and was quite slippery); to provide a fan, although it can be asked on its own. Laundry services were also available.

OOrdevGreat place if you have a late or night arrival! They picked us up for free from the airport in the middle of the night, which was super convenient. The hotel is located halfway between the airport and the city center, so it’s easy to get around. The staff were really kind and helped us find a taxi when we needed it. Everything was smooth and well organized — definitely recommend it!
