The hotel is located on the second floor of Terminal 3 at the airport, making it an excellent choice for transit passengers. Its proximity to both departure and arrival areas is extremely convenient, especially for those with tight layovers. However, it was a bit difficult to find at first, as there were not enough clear signs or directions within the terminal. Adding more visible and well-placed signage would greatly improve the overall guest experience. Aside from this minor inconvenience, everything else about my stay was very satisfying, including the cleanliness, comfort, and quality of service. I would definitely consider staying here again in the future.
The room was compact, with a large window that let in plenty of natural light, and a smaller window that could be opened for ventilation; the floor was very clean, but the bedding wasn't so hygienic, even though the staff changed it diligently; the location was out of the way, with many narrow passageways leading in and out.
This hotel is located right inside the airport, which is incredibly convenient! It's also super easy to catch the SkyTrain to other terminals. We took it to the train station, then transferred to the Airport Express to get downtown. After exploring, we came back to sleep – so convenient.
The breakfast was absolutely delicious with a huge variety of options, and it starts at 2 AM, which is perfect for transit passengers. No need to worry about finding food downstairs either; being an airport, there are 24-hour convenience stores and restaurants. Currency exchange and everything else you might need are all readily available, very well-equipped.
The room's cleanliness was excellent. We were two adults and one child. We paid an extra 500,000 IDR for an extra bed, and that fee included an additional breakfast, extra amenities, etc., which was really great value.
Even though it was Ramadan and there were many pilgrimage groups, there were no morning prayer 'morning calls', which was fantastic – very quiet!
Highly recommend! When visiting Jakarta, you should either stay in the CBD or at this place. Staying in the old city would probably just be a hassle. 😂
Very efficient, regular shuttle bus service to all airport terminals, for this alone it is worth staying at the Swiss Belhotel CGK airport.
Nice restaurant, good bar and outdoor cafe seating area. Friendly staff. The hotel room was spacious, the shower had good water pressure, choice of nozzles and temperatures.
BUT: The mattress was very, very soft so in the end I couldn't sleep in the bed, and I ended up sleeping on the floor.
ALSO: 3 days after checking out I received a scam email purporting to be from the hotel, asking for my personal details. Only Trip.com and the hotel knew I was staying there - how did the scammer know I stayed there and how did they get my email address? Management needs to check on their front office staff.
We had a wonderful stay at FM7 Resort Hotel Bandara Jakarta Airport. The hotel is very clean and well maintained, which made our stay very comfortable. The location is excellent, especially for travelers who need quick access to the airport.
The staff were very friendly, helpful, and professional throughout our stay. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the service was excellent. The facilities are also great, with comfortable rooms and good amenities that made our stay relaxing.
Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and we would definitely recommend this hotel to other travelers, especially couples or anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable stay near Jakarta Airport.
Thank you so much for the great service. The room was so cozy and I had pleasant stay.😊
The location is near the airport and it's so convenient that we can easily call the hotel for the shuttle bus.
Thank you so much, this hotel now becomes my favourite transfer hotel before reaching home.
Stayed only one night in between flights. The shuttle bus stop at the airport is a bit tricky to find, at the end of the domestic arrivals (East Lobby). Unfortunately, the shuttle to the hotel would have required us to wait for nearly one hour, so we took a taxi instead after a long and tiring International flight. Staff at the hotel was very friendly, their restaurant closed around 10pm. Their free shuttle bus back to the airport runs every full hour and takes about 10 - 15min. Room was clean, shampoo and shower gel were provided.
Overall ok, but considering the extra cost for the taxi to get there, there are several hotels inside the terminals for about the same price, which is more convenient when you're just on a quick stopover.
I stayed here with my family for a New Year's Eve trip to explore the PIK 2 area. We had a fantastic experience. The hotel staff was incredibly generous; since the room type I originally booked wasn't available, they upgraded us to a higher-level room and included free breakfast, which was a wonderful surprise.
The vibe is very traditional Chinese, so it feels very welcoming for Chinese travelers or anyone who appreciates the culture. The room itself felt brand new, spacious, and very clean. It’s also quite modern—we loved the voice control feature for the lights and curtains!
Small details made the difference: we got welcome drinks and even free mochi ice cream in the lobby. There is also free flow mineral water in the hallway and the drinks in the in-room minibar were free.
For breakfast, don't expect a massive international buffet like in huge hotels, but the selection is decent. It focuses on authentic Chinese dishes, which gave us a nice chance to try something different.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay in PIK2!
The location is very convenient, especially since it’s close to the airport. The hotel provides a shuttle service, although it only runs at certain times.
The reception staff were very helpful and accommodating, which made the stay more pleasant. However, the shower could be improved as the water was a bit muddy, and the floor seemed slightly mouldy.
This hotel is an excellent choice for a layover. It's very close to the airport, which is perfect for travelers transiting from Jakarta to Komodo, and includes airport transfers. They even have a WeChat account, so you can easily book your pickup from your home country.
However, the pickup location was a bit tricky to find. I'd suggest they create a new video or picture guide for the pickup point.
The hotel itself is very clean, and while the room was small, it was well-equipped and spotlessly clean. The staff were also very friendly and welcoming.
On the downside, our room wasn't ready until past 5 PM, even though check-in is at 2 PM. The efficiency could definitely be improved.

Very Good
GGuest UserThe only reason anyone would want to stay here is the fact that it's very close to the airport. I stayed at this hotel after nearly 15 years. The property does not seem to have aged very well over the years. While the staff were very attentive, check-in was efficient, airport shuttle driver messaged on WhatsApp that he was waiting to pick me up, breakfast spread and service was good. But on the downside the room stay was far from comfortable. Rooms and furniture look old and dated. The waking passages to the room have flooring in poor condition - broken and uneven in places. The room had a very bad musty smell that did not go away even with the AC on. The AC duct placement is not good - it points straight at the bed so you have cold air blowing straight at you - not comfortable. And lastly the (so called garden view) room that I was allocated was in a really bad location. It had a road running beside it and beyond that one of the airport tarmacs. All night you could hear loud noises of passing trucks or small motorbikes and every hour or so if an aircraft rolled by there was this loud rumble and whine of heavy duty aircraft engines running as the plane slowly made it's way across. If you see the attached picture the circle on the left is the hotel property and the circle on the right shows an aircraft that passes by along one side of the hotel property that can be heard rather loudly in rooms facing that side. And in the middle passes a road with trucks and small motor bikes passing all night. Not a good location at all if your room faces that way with non-insulated thin glass windows. Next time if needed I will venture staying at another airport hotel property not too far away.

Mmago****Convenient for a layover, being close to the airport. I'd definitely stay here again. It would be perfect if there was a shuttle service available for transfers late at night.
The hygiene was good, and the service attitude was also quite nice.
KKongLSHad a good sleep at this hotel. It's not fancy but it's a reasonable option if you have an overnight layover in CGK T2. T3 has at least 3 other hotels at different price levels so you would find a newer hotel over there if your departing flight is from T3. The hotel is located inside the T2 terminal near the skytrain station. If you need to get to another terminal the next morning, you should budget an additional 30 minutes for the trip. Food choices in T2 are much less than in T3 but there are a few outlets that open 24 hours, so, as long as you are not choosy, you won't go hungry (we had A&W and it was lousy). This hotel starts serving breakfast at 3 am. Breakfast is not fancy but adequate, with salad, fruit, the usual buffet of rice and pasta, a few complements, bread, coffee, etc. You might need help with heavy luggage to bring them up & down the ramps at a couple of staircases. There is a BIG smoking room near the reception. A peculiar thing with this hotel is that the rooms are spread along long corridors on both sides of the reception. If your room number is 1, it'll mean a >200m walk from the reception.
GGuest UserLobby was nice but the room itself definitely has seen better days. The wastafel faucet almost off, it keep wriggling whenever you use it and there's something like black mold on the lining of it. The toilet paper holder completely broken. I was being careful making coffee because the table that hang by the wall was askew, if nothing done to it pretty sure it'll fall off soon.
Also there's no chair available so I had to drink by the bed.
The staffs were nice though. It was short visit so it's okay-ish for airport hotel but it'll be nice to see some improvement
FFenlibenpaodedaeFacilities: Located inside the airport, very easy to find, although the entrance isn't grand.
Cleanliness: Decent, but ventilation is average.
Environment: Super convenient for transfers, and plenty of dining options nearby.
Service: Warm, friendly, and they speak a little Chinese.
Recommended for transit.
