Unfortunately my 2 night experience was not particularly great.
On arrival, my room had supposedly been cleaned. However, there was a dirty beer glass on the uncleaned side table and a towel with a blood stain on it. It was very late so I mentioned this the next morning. The staff were very apologetic and said they’d speak to housekeeping and gave me a voucher for a free drink/snack. I then sat down to breakfast and found a huge hair in my bacon!!
I complained again. The staff member said…”you’re not having a good day are you”.
I was running an event during the day. When I returned, the room had again been cleaned but the beer glass was still there!
The staff I dealt with were great but this is really unacceptable for a hotel chain like this.
It will definitely be a while until I choose to stay at a Holiday Inn again.
The hotel is right next to the city wall of Londonderry. The hotel is divided into two parts, ordinary rooms without kitchens and apartment-style rooms. The apartment room we stayed in has a kitchen where we can cook. It is really uncomfortable to eat western food outside every day. Living in an apartment hotel allows us to cook some delicious meals. The kitchen has all the basic necessities, but there is no dishwasher and washing machine. The bowls are relatively small, but they can be used. The heating in the room is quite hot at night, so you can dry the washed clothes, which is quite convenient. But the bathroom is too small, especially the basin for brushing teeth and washing face is so small that it is completely unusable. This is indeed a bit awkward.
The hotel service was excellent. On the day we checked in, we found the fan wasn't working. The staff were very happy to help us resolve the issue, and did so very quickly. Since the room didn't have air conditioning or other ventilation, the fan was crucial.
The facilities in the hotel were very clean, which I was mostly happy with. However, the only thing that needs improvement is the water pressure in the shower. When I checked the room after checking in, it seemed a bit weak. I thought it would be usable, but by evening, it was barely a trickle. I hope they can improve this in the future.
When checking in the lady was cold and unpleasant Informed me that there was £14 a night charge for parking which I thought was ridiculous. There is works going on in the main floor of the hotel which was aware before booking but I was on the fifth floor and was still awaken to drilling at 8.30. The room was tired looking and there was no plug sockets by the bed. Wouldn’t recommend here the only good thing about the hotel is it’s location
The lady at the front desk is very patient. My English is not very good. I blame Bei Ai’s dialect for being too heavy. The cards are called keizi.
The breakfast in the hotel is great, the breakfast of absolute conscience is much better than in the country, my sister offers you not a cup of coffee, but a pot
I had a lovely stay at the Ebrington Hotel. I was pleasantly surprised to find a vegan breakfast option, which I really enjoyed, and the vegan curry in the Cornerstone Bar was also excellent. The hotel is in a great location on the waterside, just a short walk across the Peace Bridge to the city side. The staff were very friendly, and my room was clean and comfortable.
This is actually a BB, and the free parking lot is just on the side of the road. Open the house by yourself, the boss will email you the house number in advance, and then secretly pick up the key at the door. We just ran into the boss. He saw that we were bringing children. He said that the hotel’s policy does not allow children to be added. Children are counted as heads. Later, we were allowed to live. He said that this would not be the case in the future. He was still talkative and did not add any more. money. The bed in the room is relatively small, the toilet is relatively small, the standard English breakfast. Less than 10 minutes walk to the city center, not bad.
We had a lovely stay. We went to a Motown show which was great. The room was lovely, everything we needed and the food and service was excellent. The receptionist on arrival was very welcoming. The pianist in the foyer was also a nice touch. Overall a very pleasant experience and we would stay again.
The room is large, you can cook by yourself, the front desk is very good👍.

VvincentThe owner of this accommodation is a humble, outgoing, and friendly gentleman,. Location is super convenient for tourists as the Artillery Street entrance to the wall is within 5 meters. The room space is enough that all facilities are installed in an organized manner. Sockets, TV, kettle, tee bag, coffee powder, milk, tea cup and glass are available. Bathroom is modernly designed and clean. Shampoo, body wash, and hand wash are provided by the owner.
GGuest UserI had a pleasant stay at Maiden City Hotel. The hotel is conveniently located, making it easy to explore the local attractions and surrounding area.
The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to assist with any questions or requests.
The room was clean, comfortable.
Breakfast was served in a continental style.

GGyabaahThe accommodation was excellent, services 100% but there was noise throughout the night night. I don't know what was going on but I hope it won't continue. Thanks to the staff, I really appreciate their services.
ZzuperclaraIt would be nice if they would also put even 1 bottle of water. And have some toothbrush even if the guess will pay. However overall is good the cleanliness the the bed is very comfortable.
SShaunExcellent service, excellent breakfast and very comfortable beds. 2min from the city... Definitely return again, make sure to grab a pint or two in the bar next door👍👍
