Very poor service. The bottom of toilet is broken, the pipe of shower with hole, the lock in the room also was little broken No information offers about service in hotel. Should find manager to get information about SPA. We. bought dinner and spent about 15 min to understand where it was and than wait every dish about 30 min ;( The changing room on the beach are broken and aren't closed. Sometimes elevator doesn't work. Today morning wait for a cup of coffee about 15 min. If you want some service you should find manager who could order staff to do it. Every bag is checked between entrance but it's not for you safety but only to do not allow meal and alcohol to bring Mini bar is full of drinks and chips but is not free, looks like the owner of hotel is so greedy to present some water and to do repair. I wanted to buy some cosmetics when check out but the gift shop was closed without any announce. The beach and hotel territory is good and beautiful. A lot of swimming pool with view. Only one day we saw and listened alive music The breakfast is ok (except waiting cup of coffee for 15 min).

Absolutely everything was perfect. Hilton always honors the hospitality art. The luxurious atmosphere and comfort found at this resort are unmatched. The view from the hall is breathtaking, the breakfast buffet is mouthwatering, and the amenities and activities are just on point. The best part was the staff, as they were genuinely caring and uplifting. Special mention to wonderful waitress Tia and chef Shadi for the best meal and hummus recipe

The owner is kind and Japanese people should come here when they come to Salto. The people of Salt are very kind and friendly.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel per una sola notte, sono pienamente soddisfatta, la camera era ampia pulita superaccessoriata con tv, climatizzatore e kit completo per un te caldo, con un piccolo balcone che dava sulla piscina, a pochi passi a piedi c'e' l' accesso privato al mare dove ci sono lettini, ombrelloni, teli e fanghi messi a disposizione dell' hotel per i clienti ,si puo' inoltre usufruire delle varie piscine all' interno del complesso e' stata un ottima scelta per una breve pausa durante il mio viaggio in Giordania.

The service standard was good but the room was very dirty. The floor was not mopped and cleaned for a very long time. Went to the playroom as I was traveling with my toddler, the condition of the playroom was terrible and dusty. Not maintained and cleaned for a long time. The facility is old and past its peak. I paid for an upgrade for a room close to the beach and tje view was spectacular. Generally a good experience but wished it was a lot better.

Beautiful hotel. Staff were amazing. Definitely use the spa asI had a full massage and facial and felt amazing. The lifeguard at the beach was so helpful. This hotel you must book as relaxing and food so good. About 7 minutes away is Almer Dead Sea factory produce. Well worth a visit

The accommodation is located not very far from the main road. But the route to the hotel if arriving late at night is quite scary The property is secured by a fence and gate. There is a 24-hour security inspection unit. The room is clean, but the air conditioner temperature control is broken. Can be adjusted only for cold air and turning off the air conditioner The door on the balcony of the room was not completely closed.
